We had an upgrade for no extra cost, the room was excellent The room whilst being of very high standard had one major defect, the odour extractor fan in the toilets were not working. The breakfast was very badly organised, and when we arrived there was little choice. |

We were given a room which fulfilled all the criteria we requested. Only a small thing. There are rennovations going on in the hotel, and our air conditioning was very temperemental. However, the staff made valiant efforts to rectify the problem, and by the time we left at the end of two weeks it was running perfectly. |

La situation au bord du lac de Neuchâtel et la proximité du centre ville. Le calme de la chambre et de l'environnement. L'amabilité du personnel. La salle de bain est si petite qu'elle ne peut accueillir qu'une baignoire courte et étroite. Elle est d'ailleurs aussi négligée que l'entrée de la chambre : traces laissées par des bagages sur les murs, peinture très écaillée... D'autre part, la Wifi et l'ADSL payants, cela fait un peu mesquin pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. |
