Badkamer zeer klein. Kregen tijdens avondmaaltijd nog voorgerecht voor 1 persoon als de andere al zijn hoofdgerecht kreeg. |

Ze wisten dat we kwamen. De ligging. Ontbijt was slecht, koffie zelf halen uit de koffieautomaat, na verloop van tijd waren alle schalen leeg. Dat voor vier-sterren. |

Het hotel lag heel mooi in de stad, je kunt er mooi wandelen, de kamer was schoon en netjes, jammer dat er geen balkon bij zit. Toen wij aankwamen met kinderwagen konden wij nergens een ingang vinden voor de kinderwagen, dus die moesten we steeds omhoog tillen, vraag me af hoe dat is met een rolstoel. en dat er dan niemand iets zegt of even helpt met de tassen. |

The bedroom was really excellent, as is the location of the hotel. I filled in an evaluation form after my previous stay at the hotel, and the hotel responded to this. In spite of my comments below, I still like this hotel - reception staff are very good. As I have said before, the restaurant is not up to the general standard of the hotel. If I wanted Japanese food, I would go to Japan. The bar and restaurant are not comfortable for a woman on her own. I had to walk out of the bar because the waitress thought it more important to replenish her ice boxes than to serve a woman on her own. I still think that the breakfast buffet is poor value at 22 francs. Since my stay in Beaulac, I have stayed in an Irish hotel, with a similar quality room, and an excellent breakfast buffet included, for €72. |

Nice lobby, bar and restaurant. Good location with great views over the lake. Friendly, helpful staff. Quite a few spiders in the room! Service on the terrace was a bit slow. |

It would have been wonderful to have a room on the lakeside...however, it was fully booked. Unfortunately there are no hot-tub or sauna facilities. I think a hotel of this cost and star-ranking should offer both. |

Location of the Hotel Small rooms - Staff is unfriendly and not very professional - Check out @ 11am and they are quite unflexible with that - Confusion regarding the room fee while checking out (I was provided with 2 different prices to pay) |

Great location, clean rooms, room was big enough for a weekend, Staff in bar/restaurant area were slow, or simply to few to deal with the all the customers, although the place was not fully booked. However, there are plenty of other places in the area. |
