Good location in the city centre of Champery, but at the same time just next to the forest and nature. Very nicely and tastefully decorated hotel. Our room had a good size, was very comfortable and had beautiful views of the mountains. Everything was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Our son enjoyed the playing room, while we enjoyed the comfortable living room just next to it. A great place.

Phillip is very kind, he came to pick up us 2 twice time on arrival day from train station, we have a nice tea time every day after ski.

The location was excellent - view of the Dents du Midi and walk out the skiroom door to catch the bus to the lift, walk next door to the restaurant. Tea-time snacks after skiing were homemade and a welcome treat on return, as was the always available cup of tea in the evening. Breakfast was generous, and the staff very helpful with things like printing and faxing documents unexpectedly for work.

Can't think of anything they have overlooked.

Close to the ski lift, nice and service minded staff, clean and well kept, nice breakfast and great afternoon tea, beautifully decorated, wifi. Highly recommended

Cet etablissement illustre parfaitement la réputation de qualité de l'hotellerie Suisse,accueil,décoration,propreté tout est parfait. Les jeunes propriétaires ne tarissent pas de conseils, renseignements et sont totalement disponibles avec le sourire. Petits déjeuners et goûters , avec patisseries maison ,sont délicieux dans un décor soigné et de bon goût. Chambres au confort douillet. Une seule envie y retourner et y envoyer en stage de nombreux hoteliers français et européens.

Endlich einmal ein Hotelier-Paar in der Schweiz, das begreift, wie man sich als Gast wohlfühlt: freundlich, sprachgewandt und weltoffen, das Detail pflegend. Ein sehr sauberes und heimeliges Hotel-Chalet. Wir kommen wieder.

Un accueil très chaleureux, tant par les gérants que par l'ambiance de l'hôtel. On m'avait recommandé de m'y rendre pour une visite et ça en a valu la peine.

Sélection de Bière un peu petite (1 seul type)

L'emplacement est ideal pour se déplacer a pieds dans toute la station, Les chambre sont mignones et très confortable (double lit jumeaux grande chambre). Wi-Fi gratuit et place de parc aussi! Déjeuner complet et variè! Restaurant du Nord juste à coté, superbe restaurant, je conseil!

Personnel très acceuillant, espace chaleureux et magique. Feu de cheminée en prime, séjour magique.... A recommander aux amoureux de la nature et des wk romantiques.

Malheureusement la chambre n avait pas été chauffée à notre arrivée, et du mal à se tempérer après un souper à l extérieur. Leur demander de prévoir avant l arrivée.
