Just loved it!

Very friendly staff, cosy atmosphere, nicely decorated interiors, afternoon tea with delicious home-made cakes, beautiful mountain view from the balcony

Everything was pleasurable, from the warm hospitality of Sophie and Philippe and their staff, to the hotel itself, its location, the size of the rooms, the quietness of the hotel. Special mention to the breakfast and to the 5 o'clock pies and teas and coffee, a welcome transition between skiing and the evening. Nice restaurants within walking distance, very short distance to the "téléphérique" leading to the ski slopes. A fantastic example of how Switzerland compares favorably to other ski destinations. We can only recommend this hotel. Must be good in the summer. We will certainly come back.

Nothing really (except a broken leg on the ski slopes, but this has nothing to do with the hotel ... ;)

This time was different.. Different from any other hotel we used to stay. The attention to details is exceptional and the new ideas to make the guest confortable are just great. We start with a wine cellar on each floor where you can choose your bottle and drink it or in your room or in a confortable saloon by the fire or on the terrace. If you want olny a glass you can leave it there for the next beautiful moment. If you prefer tea.. Ther is a splendid samovar by the reception with a wide choice of tisanes.. Room was comfy, wiew was good.. We usually never go back to the same place but this time we are tempted.

The food at breakfast was just toom much ;-)

Wir waren eine Woche im Skiurlaub und wurden an jedem Tag im Hotel bestens betreut. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Es hat uns alles an diesem Hotel gefallen. Es war ein super Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir werden ein solches Wochenende wiederholen.

Un défaut technique concernant la douche d'une chambre single : pas toujours d'eau chaude, et difficulté à manoeuvrer la poignée pour une personne aux mains rhumatisantes... comme les miennes.

Spezieller Charme, nicht zu gross, Zimmer einfach aber schön eingerichtet, freundliche Miarbeiter und Chefs.

Wir waren in den Skiferien dort und konnten direkt vor dem Hotel in den Shuttelbus einsteigen und zur Bahnstation fahren. Genossen haben wir auch den Nachmittagstee mit Kuchen.

Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit wenig Bewegungsfreiraum 10-12m2. Es war für unsere Verhältnisse kalt und wir mussten den Ventilator aus dem Bad oft noch ins Zimmer stellen um nicht zu frieren. Bei einer Wochenbuchung sollten keine Weekendpreise verrechnet werden.

Wir genossen die vier Tage im Hotel sehr. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die tea-time mit selbstgemachten Kuchen kaum zu überbieten. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!
