The best thing about this hotel is the location. Everything is so close, bar, restaurants and shops. It was my best choice that i have ever made about where to stay in Geneva. I liked it because it perfect for students that want just to relax in few days. The light in the room was very poor. In summer it is very hot. |

relaxing, comfortable, well-positioned (city center/ train station) I was placed in a double-room. Being a solo-traveller, I would have preferred to have a single-room and consequently pay less. I think I was not given this possibility during booking. |

It's a good price for Geneva and it's very centrally placed within easy reach of restaurants, shops, station, tram, lake etc. General comment about Geneva - thre's no smoking ban in bars and reataurants as there is in many european countries now. |

Location is very good - 5 minutes walk from central station and lake, 10 minutes for old city. Big, comfortable, full equip and clean room. Next door is night club with very good security, feels quied. Breakfast in room price, normal continental, without any special. Personal is friendly. Free of charge wi-fi in rooms (needs to take password on reseption) and two computers in lobby. Hotel don't smoking, but in rooms (I stay two days in two difference rooms) steady smail of tabac. I'am smoking person, but for me it was not so comfortable. Rooms looks a little bit like hotel for hour :), red walls etc. |

When I had a problem locking the room door from the inside (at about 11.45 at night, when I first returned to my room) a manager was called from off-site and came to help fix the problem within about 20 minutes. The hotel is in the process of being refurbished, but it's a bit tacky. In the room I found someone's underwear on the floor and there was a used bandaid stuck to the wall in the shower. The cleaning staff leaves much to be desired. The safe was locked closed although I did not use it. The room also smelled like an ashtray. |

The room was really dark, even during daytime. THere were only 2 lamps beside the beds in the room, no light in the ceeling, nor at the working desk. I ask for a lamp for the desk, but it didnt help. at the breakfast it was really smoky, the waitress smoked next to the breakfast tables, and she let the cigarette running all the time. |

Very good location; easy to find and close to many good resturants and shopping. It was only 15 mins walk to the UN so it was a good location. The breakfast was good and included in the price making the overall charge good value for what one gets. Rooms are very clean as well as the bathroom facilities. Staff are friendly and responsive to customer needs. |

Location was very good. The hotel looks ugly on the outside, but the rooms are nice. Young ladies came in at 5AM yelling and slamming doors and woke me up. There was no water pressure for warm water! |

The reception is poor. Bathrooms are ok, some rooms are being refurnished and it was almost impossible to move in the corridors as they are very small. Lift old styled and small. |

location, free wi-fi the room was a bit too small (for a double room) - about 15 m2 incl. bathroom. the room was freshly renovated but the bathroom door would not close. the whole hotel is a bit tired, although the renovation is in process. |

The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. The quality and quantity of the breakfasts was very good. The location of the hotel was very good. The entire hotel is very tired, dark and dingy and in need of an urgent renovation. There was no clock in the room and the toilet seat was loose. The bathroom sink was tiny. This meant that the floor under it would always be wet. |

Nothing - I checked out a day early No air conditioned rooms - very noisy - also they insist on a photo copy of your credit card which is left behind the reception desk.In addition they overcharged me, which I am taking up direct. |

The staff was quite nice. Free internet access and a full breakfast included in the price were also appreciated. The walls must have been paper thin -you could easily hear your neighbour's conversations (or TV-set) and the furniture was quite worn. |
