Good range of things at breakfast

Rooms were much too hot, and no way to cool them down. If I opened the window the noise and smoke from the bars in the street below drifted up and made sleep impossible. If I closed the window, the room heated up so much that I had to sleep without covers every night (and this was only in June). The hotel provided a fan on the last night, which helped a bit.

Railway station is close,ideal for being in town but with easy access to the exibition centre at the airport. Train & bus travel cards supplied by the hotel are very useful. Staff very helpful and friendly and Hotel supplies a good breakfast included. It has quite an attractive american bar by reception. I would stay there again

It is an old and well used Hotel and the rooms are basically good and clean. It does need a makeover . We had several small issues with our room, but these were dealt with quickly. However the lift definately does need some tlc

Amazing location, near to all transport and walking distance to everything. The hotel was spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great value with breakfast included. Was everything it advertised.

Could be a little noisy on that block at night.

I liked the fact that we got three single beds for three people which made us comfortable, the jacuzzi was a huge surprise and luxury and so was the free internet usage. We quite enjoyed the hot buffet breakfast and the variety of breakfast items available, also liked the travel card we got which we made good use of. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with friendly reception staff.

This is a cheap hotel, if you book it in advance, in the proximity of the Cornavin train station and the lake. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast cosy. In case one knows the days of stay well in advance and willing to stay in an acceptable place with a copious breakfast this is the place.

There is no reimbursement of the costs in case of cancellation.

First floor room was very noisy until 3 am because of the band playing in the bar below. However a change of room to the 4th floor solved this. A very pleasant stay, clean, good breakfast and very helpful staff.

The hotel has a good location - it is just 200 meters from the train station. We had a free breakfast included, free wi-fi in our room, free tickets for all public transport (including boats, busses and transfer back to airport). To the right from the hotel you can find a very lovely italian restaraunt with very tasty food and reasonable prices.

Very badly organised breakfast structure. The worst I've ever known

Spacious room which had been newly refurbished; brand new bathroom with power shower; friendly, helpful staff; great location close to railway station and lake.

The dining area is still in need of refurbishment and access is via a bar.

The staff was excellent.

Short walk to Gare Cornavin

Too much noise from both street and the other guests - very thin walls!
