Tijdens het verblijf was de temperatuur buiten zo´n 30 graden C.De kamer heeft geen airco.Alleen een ventilator die de warme lucht in de kamer in beweging brengt. De ramen kunnen wel geopend worden.Maar aan de straatzijde waar onze kamer was, is de hele nacht het storend rumoer van het verkeer te horen. De huur van de garage dient in een nabijgelegen hotel betaald te worden, ons werd niet verteld dat je drie trappen op moet om bij de receptie te komen.Je verwacht dat niet.Men had ons kunnen adviseren de lift te nemen. |

De receptie: een meisje sprak zelf Nederlands! Ander meisje genaamd Nathalie Feichter was wel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Hotel ligt naast Starbucks zodat je daar goede koffie kon drinken. Zwaar overprijsd. Kamer niet echt schoon: oude en gebroken lakens en spinneweb boven in muur. Slecht ontbijt, matige keuze en tafel wordt niet of te laat opgeruimd. Onvriendelijk personeel in restaurant. |

Het hotel heeft een nederlands sprekend personeelslid, erg handig, ondanks het feit dat we zelf ook wel goed duits spreken. |

The staff was very helpful to us when we asked questions. The buffet breakfast very good. Not too far from the train station and various shops. |

Perfect location, easy access from train station. Breakfast was good. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and very comfortable. |

The hotel is very near to the lake and to the wooden bridge of the town. Although it was public holiday the area of the hotel was very noisy. There was no air conditioning and in a hot day of August this is a serious problem because the windows should be kept open. |

It has a great location, very close to the old city, Lion monument, etc. The room was a bit hot in the summer, and since it is right on the main street we couldn't open the windows due to the noise. Not too bad, but not optimal. |

The hotel is located right at the edge of the pedestrian area, and close to the lake. The wireless internet did not extend to the 3-bed rooms. |
