The hotel is located right at the edge of the pedestrian area, and close to the lake. The wireless internet did not extend to the 3-bed rooms. |

Food in the Hotel Restaurant was good for both breakfast and evening meal. Room was not serviced during our 2 night stay. |

The recpetion went out of their way to find me an adapter to use my computer and I alos found them very imformative on places to go and see. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located. My single room was very small and spartan. |

Nothing much. The room was small, the menu limited, not good value. yes the CHF 7.50 hidden charge for the parking overnight. Particularly as there was no charge for Sunday night and we arrived at 7.00pm on a Sunday and left at 8.30 the next day. |

Buon Hotel, vicinissimo al centro città e quindi con possibilità di visita della località senza bisogno di usare il mezzo proprio.Parcheggi vicini all'Hotel e con prezzo accettabile anche per lunghe soste. Servizio di breakfast migliorabile ma comunque accettabile. |

Die Rezeption war sehr gut besetzt.Freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der Service beim Frühstück war sehr schleppend.Getränke (Kaffee) und Beilagen sahen oft sehr verlassen aus. |
