The staff was very helpful to us when we asked questions. The buffet breakfast very good. Not too far from the train station and various shops. |

Central location - yet quiet room (mine at least!).The adjacent restaurant, with friendly staff, provided good food sensibly priced. |

Perfect location, easy access from train station. Breakfast was good. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and very comfortable. |

The hotel is very near to the lake and to the wooden bridge of the town. Although it was public holiday the area of the hotel was very noisy. There was no air conditioning and in a hot day of August this is a serious problem because the windows should be kept open. |

It has a great location, very close to the old city, Lion monument, etc. The room was a bit hot in the summer, and since it is right on the main street we couldn't open the windows due to the noise. Not too bad, but not optimal. |

Excellent location at the edge of old town and close to Lion Monument. Pleasant breakfast room and good breakfast. Bit basic and room smelt dusty. |

The hotel is located right at the edge of the pedestrian area, and close to the lake. The wireless internet did not extend to the 3-bed rooms. |

Food in the Hotel Restaurant was good for both breakfast and evening meal. Room was not serviced during our 2 night stay. |

Effizient geführtes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Bestens geeignet zum Uebernachten, wenn man die Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Shops der Stadt Luzern besuchen will. Trotz Lage ist das Hotel ruhig |

Très sympathique accueil. La cuisine est absolument délicieuse - la chasse est un véritable régal et ce qui n'est pas négligeable pour une fois, ils servent la selle de chevreuil pour une personne. Ceci ne concerne pas l'hôtel directement mais lorsque l'on sélectionne l'hôtel par votre moteur de recherche. En mentionnant 3 étoiles et piscine intérieure, le nom de cet hôtel apparaît. Et il n'y a pas de piscine... |

La posizione dell'hotel è magnifica. Non ha parcheggio suo, ma è convenzionato con unl parcheggio a 100 mt di distanza, che si può pagare anche alla reception dell'hotel Ambassador (a fianco) con una riduzione. Colazione ottima e abbondante in ambiante molto gradevole. |
