The mountain views and the friendly staff, good continental breakfast too.

Too pricey for the limited facilities. Small rooms and lack of comfort. A kettle in the room would have been nice. Whilst we were there (March 2013) building work outside was very noisy, starting at 7.30am until late afternoon.

- The personnel was excellent. Especially the people in the restaurant where we had breakfast were very friendly.

- Nothing much, but I am looking at the price quality ratio. We paid chf 160,-- per night for the room. This is a lot taking into account it is an average room with no frails (which I do not by the way need) - one has to pay for Wifi which is CHF 5,-- per day which when taking into account the price of CHF 160,-- per day. Location from ski lift not really at walking distance.

Sensible price, friendly staff. Hotel has a nice ambience and cosy lounge/bar area. Right near ski bus stop.

The rooms aren't hugely luxurious but then you're not paying top end rates. They're practical, comfortable and clean.

The hotel is cute with a nice feel. The staff are friendly.

The price considering the facilities (no bath), the room decor and the room size is extortionate. That is the problem of prices in major ski resorts, it does leave a sour taste in the mouth in otherwise a lovely stay.

lovely little hotel with great breakfast right near the gondola to take up to the Portes de Soleil ski area. Ski shutte is right outside their door. owner is lovely and very accomodating

Small friendly hotel with character, convenient for the railway station at Champery-Village. Free ski bus to the main cable car stops right outside the hotel.

Wi-fi did not reach to the 3rd floor.

Location was great - in the centre of the village with a regular free bus service to the cable car. Breakfast was basic but tasty and ideal in advance of a day's skiing (staff at breakfast were also extremely pleasant). Ski & boot store worked well and prevented messy rooms.

Standard of the room was dated, particularly the bathroom. Despite being a family room there was no double bed. Acoustics between rooms was poor - talking, footsteps above etc. resulting in several bad nights sleep.

Friendly staff and cute alpine style hotel - good value. Get off the train at Champery Village and the hotel is 50 meters from the train. It is a short walk to the cable car up to the ski area which we didn't mind as it allowed us to wander through the pretty village each day and browse the shops. If you have skis you might want to take the little shuttle which goes back and forth, but the ski shop the hotel recommended kindly let us leave our skis with them each day.

Plné parkoviště. Bylo nutné parkovat na frekventované ulici.

Ein richtig gemütliches, kleines Hotel mit Kaminfeuer, hübschen Zimmern und einer netten Bar und nettem Personal. Empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer liegt an einer ziemlich befahrenen Strasse.

Il manquait l'information des heures de petit déjeuner (sachant que j'avais oublié de m'informer quand le personnel était présent).

Le Personnel - le service

Nous avons bien demandé un lit double (un grand lit) et l'Hôtel n'avait plus de chambre à disposition. Dommage ! Le prix de CHF 100.- et trop pour une petite chambre avec 2 lits.
