Quite and peaceful environment, good service in general. Restaurant staffs are more friendly to frequent or selected clients then clients in general. The window seats in the morning are all reserved for some reason, we were there until 10:40 but no one show up to take those tables, so these tables are reserved to who they want to give it to, not an actual reservation! |

Very good position on hill over looking Zurich and lake, quiet and comfortable. Very good transport to city either tram or hotel bus. Helpful staff. Very expensive and breakfast is an additional charge. Restaurant good but expensive. |

Communist block style building with great views...come in and look out. in fancy area of Zurich, nice green neighborhood on hillside, funny link with steep hill train. We stayed one day and used a public transport day ticket, good easy connection to old town and good relaxing base for your city trip. Other guests were mainly old couples, so it is quiet. a bit expensive though. |

The hotel is quiet due to the location on the mountain and close to the woods but the city center is very accessible via the cog railway which is on the doorstep. There is a great place for breakfast 'le pain quotidien' situated at the railway arrival station.The rooms are very large for the price and it has more the feel of an aparthotel than a regular hotel. We were travelleling with our dog- so this was amuch better choice than staying in the city centre- where the hotels are much more cramped at this price point. The atmosphere is a little sterile but we felt the price factored that it and will use it again for short stays. |

Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view overlooking the city of Zürich. The facilities are lacking. The bar is closed at the weekends. We arrived back at 11pm and could not get a drink anywhere in the hotel and room service stops at 10pm. |

the staff were excellent and it was very convenient to the city. i could not sleep at night because of the bells ringing every hour; had to close window and it felt stuffy; the white noise of an airconditioner would have helped. because of this i couldn't recommend the hotel. |

Fine hotel with great views on the city. Great to rest after a busy city trip. Easy to reach with trams, followed by a nice short trip in the "Bolderbahn tram" from Zurich. |

Ottima posizione panoramicissima sulla città, facile da raggiungere coi mezzi pubblici. Vicino ai boschi e ai sentieri teniti benissimi dai civilissimi zurighesi. Buon ristorante. Comodo parcheggio interrato gratuito (attenzione all'ingresso, un po' stretto !). Camere confortevoli e silenziose. Avrebbe bisogno di un aggiornamento esterno e negli spazi comuni. Buffet-colazione un po' scarso: non vale i 22 CH Fr. |

Gute Lage, stadtnah und doch ruhig im Grünen. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal! Überwältigender Blick über See und Stadt vom Balkon. Poolbereich gut zum Entspannen nach Stadtstress. Von Außen häßlicher Betonklotz, was man drinnen aber sofort vergißt |

zeer goede ontvangst, professioneel en toch persoonlijke benadering, zeer compleet hotel, mooi zeer verzorgd zwembad, zeer ruime kamer met kookmogelijkheid, prachtig prachtig uitzicht over stad Zurich en vlakbij ook wandelmogelijkheden- werden s'nachts gewekt door uilen de bedden zijn voor een hotel in deze klasse vrij hard |
