Very spacious room, best of our whole trip. Bath tub was a lovely surprise - good hot water & lots of water pressure. Excellent breakfast. We met three of your reception staff. One was excellent, the other two quite unfriendly. Does not leave a good impression.Had a serious problem with JetWasch which is on your hotel list. I suggest you do not send your guests there anymore. |

Breakfast is good. The hotel provides hot water at the reception area. Quite a walk from luzern station. But many bus services near the hotel and just 3 bus stops from main station. |

Break fast was good, and the serving staff were friendly. near to rail station. The front desk staff was really unfriendly, which should not be the case, They did not have a single bed, but had a split bed which was not our choice. |

Very convenient location close to old city. Receptionist at time of arival was rude and slow to respond. Not willing to help me locate a place to walk our dog, though the forest starts just 100 meters away, she didn't point me there and told me to walk on the streets around. The staff next morning was a bit more polite. |

Close to the city center. Interesting room, good breakfast. Very thin walls in the room, easy to hear the neighbours. |

I got a change in room to one with a shower rather than a tub. However is was inferior to the original assigned room. I was given the choice. with windows open it was very noisy from the street traffic as well as the patrons at the restaurants at both corners. Also a good walk from the station/ship's landing. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties. |

The rooms were large and very clean. The location was great and it was convenient for visiting the old town. The breakfast was very good. Did not have free internet access. |

Our double room was very large and well equipped. It was always cleaned well and always before lunch time. The location is excellent for visiting the old town and the shopping centre of Lucerne. Less than 15 minutes walk to the lake side, the boat station, railway station and the historic old town. |

Well, hotel is more than 100 years old, but very well maintained. The room was big and very good. However, the reception staff was cold and non-welcoming. In the first night of our stay, we had to literally chase the reception staff to make the room heater on which was very unpleasant. The hotel staff did co-operate later. |

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, warm and convenient, less than 10mins to walk into old town and chapel bridge. Also, hotel is on a quiet street so no problems with noise. The buffet breakfast was superb and set me up for the day ahead. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I was in Lucerne. Mattress on bed was a little soft but no big deal, still comfortable. |

The Best Western Hotel Flora in Lucerne was completely renovated and modernised in 2007/2008 and provides you with that certain extra in terms of true friendliness. |
The budget place to stay at the riverside with the mountain view. Our hotel is situated in the old town of Lucerne only a few minutes from the station, the lake and the shopping area. |
The Monopol Swiss Quality Hotel is the architecturally most fascinating hotel in Lucerne, resembling Parisian or Viennese palaces of the 19th century, and can be found right at the train station. |
In the pedestrian zone in the heart of Lucerne, right at the historic Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge), where the Reuss river leaves Lake Lucerne, you will find the lovely Hotel Des Alpes. |
