Ravintola- ja kerroshenkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Aamupala hyvä, sänky hyvä, huoneeseen ei kuulunut liikenteen ääniä, avattava ikkuna, tallelokero ja hyvät komerotilat. Sijainti hyvä: lyhyt matka asemalle ja vanhaan kaupunkiin, museoihin. Receptionissa tuli tunne, että häiritsee kysymyksillään siellä työskenteleviä. Saattoi vaikuttaa asiaan myös puutteellinen saksankielen taitoni. Naapurihuoneen pesuhuoneäänet kuuluivat. Kokolattiamatto huoneessa, koska olen astmaatikko. Siitä ei ollut mainintaa hotellin esittelyssä. |

Huoneemme oli kadun puolella, parvekkeella voi tupakoida ja sieltä näkyi vuorille! Aamiainen ei ollut kovin kaksinen hintaan nähden, nälkä kyllä lähti, mutta... |

The hotel is well located near the center(8 minutes walk) nice bar near the enterance. Sandro - the man at the reception was doing a lot more than he was supposed to do -great atitude. Very kind !!! The heating was not working as it should have and it was quite cold in the room. |

The location is good....close to the city centre and not far from the train station. The traffic noise was intolerable and there was much noise in the street from party-goers on their way home at 3 A.M.!!! And we were on the 6th floor!!! |

Close to Luzern waterfront. Nice room with balcony, what I would expect from this class of hotel in a large town or city. |

Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean, Location was convenient and interesting sites were within walking distance of the hotel. Loud noises outside in the middle of the night! |

The room was excellent and the hotel position was indeed 5 minutes from the city centre. My booked parking space was available on arrival. The room price was exactly as booked. |

Incredibly friendly and helpful reception on both check in and out. Room was clean, water hot and beds comfy. Breakfast buffet kept the boys happy! |

The breakfast served is very good. Cleanliness and room make up is perfect. The front desk was willing to help, but they were not so competent in english. |

Staff were very obliging, the room was comfortable and once you get your bearings it is not too far from the railway station. However it would probably be wise to get a taxi if you have a large amount of luggage or heavy bags. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions etc. The breakfast buffet was abundent and tasty and set you up for the day. As the weather was warm we had to sleep with the windows open and the cafe/bar across the street was fairly noisy and was open very late, however with the fan running it wasn't too bad. |

The hotel is fairly central and a useful place to stay if visiting the city or region for a day or two. The rooms are fine and those we had were quiet. The people at the reception desk were very helpful. The breakfast was quite good but there could have been more variety, perhaps, and the staff there might have been more friendly. |

Very spacious room, best of our whole trip. Bath tub was a lovely surprise - good hot water & lots of water pressure. Excellent breakfast. We met three of your reception staff. One was excellent, the other two quite unfriendly. Does not leave a good impression.Had a serious problem with JetWasch which is on your hotel list. I suggest you do not send your guests there anymore. |
