Very well located (near the centre). Large rooms (501, 401...). Breakfast team (Portuguese and Brazilian people) was very attentive and friendly. No air-conditioned and frigo-bar are available. Some cleaning procedures would be improved (room towels and breakfast plates). Noise in the room (501, 401...) due to the lift operations. Breakfast options are reduced (Champagne is available in the breakfast...). |

Great location, short walking distance to all major tourist areas and restaurants. Wonderful full breakfast included with room. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family Wish that there could have been free internet in the rooms, instead of in the cafe off the lobby. |

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean big room. 10 mints walk from railway station, 2 minute by bus. Check in time is 2p.m., which is quite inconvinient if you are reaching Luzerne early morning. Though you can keep the luggage at the reception, but it would be nice if a temp room can be provided for quick refreshment. |

We appreciated that we were able to check into our room early following an overseas flight. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious enough, and there was a fan. Breakfast was the best we had in all the places we stayed in Switzerland. |

Nice, quiet area, near the old town. Friendly staff. Our room (in the top floor, roof area) was very charming. The shutters on the window and the fan were welcome. Not a problem for us, but some might find the roof space a hazard (i.e. bumping your head on low slanting walls). |

Room was good for the price.Centrally located but in a quiet area The receptionist could hv been a little more helpful in providing info on tours.A Serving lady was rude when told that we wud like coffee towards the end of our breakfast and not right at the beginning.Insisted on serving it immeadiately.Got cold by the time we drank it |

The most comfortable beds on our trip. We got a spacious room on the corner of the building. Contrary to what others have said it is a short walk to the train station. Very convenient location. |
