It's was one of the most expensive hotel in our trip and also was the poorest one. The staff is fine, the location is fine easy to acces with the subway. You don't have that much for your money but Lausanne is such a pricy place...

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfasts, great location. Basic equipment but certainly a good value for the money. Stayed for 2 weeks in a room without bathroom and enjoyed.

Clean and OK for the money, considering it's Switzerland. More centrally located than we expected.

We did not expect much for the money and were not disappointed.

Staff was accommodating; complimentary bus passes and room beverages

Excellent receiption stuff. Clean and warm room. Basic but comfortable. Quick access to train and bus.

It was conveniently located on my transit route from Valais to Geneva.

Nothing really, the atmosphere was a little impersonal though.

The hotel was very near the Rippone metro station so that made getting around the city very easy.

It was a bit expensive for one room but it was the marathon weekend so rooms were at a premium.

We were most impressed with the friendliness and chatiness of the receptionist. We enjoyed listening to her telling us all about the country of Switzerland and its people - a very informative history lesson!

A bigger lift would have been helpful.

The location is a little awkward to get to, but not too bad, as it's fairly close to the Meetro. The room was okay, clean and adequate. Breakfast was good.

The public bathroom is too small, is no room for more than standard size of person

Perfect location. Although the hotel has no parking we were able to leave our car in front of the hotel. Rooms and the rest of the hotel are very clean. We were not bothered by noise. Very good beds and an excellent breakfeast. All members of the staff very polite and very helpful. This is an excellent hotel which focuses on the essential and leaves out all unnessary nonsense you frequently find in the more expensive hotels. An excellent choice for people who do not want to spent 300 sf for a night in an average Lausanne hotel.

Taking into consideration the prices and the standard of the other hotels in Lausanne, this budget hotel appeared very attractive to me. Although the interior is somewhat old, everything is very clean and functional. Moreover, my bed was really comfortable. Had almost no problems with the (free) WiFi. Very friendly personnel.

I did not understand why the cleaning ladies knocked on my door every morning. Did they not know whether the rooms where occupied or not (indeed, there were no signs you could hang on the door)? Because of this it was difficult to sleep longer than 8 A.M. Yet, this is my only critique.
