The Brasilian woman who checked us in was professional, courteous and very helpful when we asked for her assistance. The lack of telephones in the rooms left us without a "wake up call" in the morning...a minor imposition, since the desk provided an alarm clock . |

Free internet, but I could not always access because of other users. The location is at the edge of downtown. Breakfast cost CHF 10 even though the charge per night is not exactly cheap. |

The price and location of the hotel was very good. The staff was friendly. The WC and shower were too narrow!! |

An unacceptable hotel!They did not change the sheets for 6 days!No in-room telephone service.The room smells terribly!Not to recommend to anyone! |

Friendly staff, good security, clean, good breakfast I had a single room with shared facilities. Perhaps a bathrobe & sandals, like the Far East, would be a good option |

Free internet, free wifi, quiet place, close to the center of Lausanne, good price, ... Small shower in the room, breakfast buffet empty and waiting some minutes for the breakfast buffet to be supplied |

Room was spacious; close to transport (bus) to the lakefront. A little hard to find from the station; bathrooms were very small so manoevring was difficult! No hook behind door to hang coat, towel etc. |

Reservation was for a single room but I was given a bigger room with double bed. The added space was a pleasant surprise. Location not very ideal. The direction instructions were not very clear, which ended me taking a long time to locate the hotel. |

Good signs to find hotel: we drove straight for downtown and saw signs that took us right to the hotel. Friendly,helpful staff. Clean comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet they kept replenishing. Free internet. They even had a few parking spots. Easy 2-3 stars. |
