Ottimo hotel ad un prezzo molto vantaggioso rispetto agli altri della città. Unico difetto poco posto auto ma ci sono dei parcheggi nelle vicinanze. |

la posizione centrale e comunque tranquilla, i servizi lasciano a desiderare, una cosa positiva è la possibilità di bere the o caffè in camera. Era in fase di pittura e quindi molto sottosopra con carte e plastica e barattoli di pittura ovunque. |

Ho trovato l'accoglienza professionale e simpatica. L'albergo é semplice ma offre buone condizioni per rapporto al prezzo. Buona la colazione buffet. Correggere il sito che indica la colazione a fr. 10.-- mentre é di fr. 12.-- |

Comodissimo per il beaulieu - bagno piccolo ma camera graziosa non ha parcheggio ma ce n'è uno sotterraneo a pagamento a circa 200m |

They had a small boiler with a selection of teas and coffee in the room. Really nice thing. The location is in the old city and the cathedral. Quality of breakfast was pretty good, croissants, fresh grinding coffee machine. Although the selection could be broader. Price of 12 chf is ok for switzerland, where everything is really expensive. Wlan worked fine. Tv had DVD-Player and around 150 channels (ita, spa, ger, eng, fre). Small empty fridge in the room. Well they forgot to offer me the city free pass (two weeks, when stay in a hotel in Lausanne) , when I arrive. |

Very good value for money. Locaton is thebest. Internet wasn't working very well, we needed to restart the wireless very often, but at least the connection is frfree (very good if you cmpare with others). |

Front desk staff was bilingual and very helpful. Appreciated the free transit pass for the day. Very useful as hotel is further up the hill from the lake. |

Friendy reception on arrival. Room very clean and good selection of TV channels. also liked having a kettle in room. I didn't eat the hotel breakfast so can't comment but bakery a few yards down the street sells coissants to die for! Close to metro. Shared shower and toilet were very small. |

Generally speaking, it is okay. My room is facing the street site, but they provide double windows, which block all the noise away. Although most of the staffs were vey nice and friendly, some of them were very cool. |

Conveniently located (near a metro station, not far from the city center), spacious room, very friendly staff, reasonable rate (not in absolute terms, though, but in comparison to the prices of other hotels in Lausanne), free wifi in the room. Breakfast not included in the hotel rate and too pricey for its content. |

Clean hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff located right in the heart of Laussane. A little basic, but good value for money. |

Very well located in the city centre so it was great to visit everything and go out at night without having to use the public transport to get back. Wifi and public transport card was included. Wifi was not available from our rooms so the first few days we had to go down to the lobby. Afterwards they fixed the problem. No minifridge so buying food from supermarkets was not viable. |
