場所は旧市街中心部に近い。部屋は湯沸かし器やコーヒー、紅茶の用意もあって、かなり豪華。朝食は１２フラ- ンの別料金。ＩＣカード式のキイ。 |

朝食もおいしくて、ワイヤレスLANも無料と、ビジネスマンには文句ありません。 たまに頼んでもシーツを交換し忘れるみたいなので、それだけ注意してほしい。 |

以前の宿泊時もそうでしたが、改装しているのをあまり申し訳ないとは思っていないのか、宿泊客にとっては迷- 惑（塗装の為の機材や、匂い、等）です。しかし毎年来るたびにきれいになっているのはうれしい！もう少し宿- 泊費も安価になれば良いのだけれど、、、トラブルが多いのだからフロントを呼べるルームホンは欲しい！毎年- 他のHOTELをと考えるが、日程が決まった頃には空きがなく仕方なく宿泊する。スタッフ連中は大変親切、- 丁寧！ 窓のフレームの故障なのか？帰ってくるたびにきちっと閉じられて無く、すきま風が入り、自分で閉じ直すが相- 変わらずすきま風は入ってきて寒かった。初日部屋の電源の一部が落ち、さすがにこれはスタッフに頼み直して- もらった。シャワーの出が悪い！ライトの球切れぐらいチェックして欲しい、日本人旅行者には不向きで、私の- 様に取材や仕事で来ている地元のスタッフ連中の宿で、快適さはない！となると宿泊費が高すぎる、予算をあと- 少し足せば快適なHOTEL は多い！ |

They had a small boiler with a selection of teas and coffee in the room. Really nice thing. The location is in the old city and the cathedral. Quality of breakfast was pretty good, croissants, fresh grinding coffee machine. Although the selection could be broader. Price of 12 chf is ok for switzerland, where everything is really expensive. Wlan worked fine. Tv had DVD-Player and around 150 channels (ita, spa, ger, eng, fre). Small empty fridge in the room. Well they forgot to offer me the city free pass (two weeks, when stay in a hotel in Lausanne) , when I arrive. |

Very good value for money. Locaton is thebest. Internet wasn't working very well, we needed to restart the wireless very often, but at least the connection is frfree (very good if you cmpare with others). |

Front desk staff was bilingual and very helpful. Appreciated the free transit pass for the day. Very useful as hotel is further up the hill from the lake. |

Friendy reception on arrival. Room very clean and good selection of TV channels. also liked having a kettle in room. I didn't eat the hotel breakfast so can't comment but bakery a few yards down the street sells coissants to die for! Close to metro. Shared shower and toilet were very small. |

Generally speaking, it is okay. My room is facing the street site, but they provide double windows, which block all the noise away. Although most of the staffs were vey nice and friendly, some of them were very cool. |

Conveniently located (near a metro station, not far from the city center), spacious room, very friendly staff, reasonable rate (not in absolute terms, though, but in comparison to the prices of other hotels in Lausanne), free wifi in the room. Breakfast not included in the hotel rate and too pricey for its content. |

Very well located in the city centre so it was great to visit everything and go out at night without having to use the public transport to get back. Wifi and public transport card was included. Wifi was not available from our rooms so the first few days we had to go down to the lobby. Afterwards they fixed the problem. No minifridge so buying food from supermarkets was not viable. |

Very nice room on a quiet street, modern facilities and good breakfast buffet Smoking from the lobby driffted up to our room, not bad with the door closed but unpleasant when coming or going. |

it was more than i could imagine very comfort exselant location easy to find lots of historical places around shops even is a market on saturday lots of shoping places and u have the metro near that can take u anywhere in one word i dont give to this hotel one star is more than 2star the cleanlines is in high standards and you have everythink that you need to allso free internet well done and i... at leas if you stay for one day i think the day that you live is at least to 3pm not 11am |
