朝食もおいしくて、ワイヤレスLANも無料と、ビジネスマンには文句ありません。 たまに頼んでもシーツを交換し忘れるみたいなので、それだけ注意してほしい。 |

以前の宿泊時もそうでしたが、改装しているのをあまり申し訳ないとは思っていないのか、宿泊客にとっては迷惑（塗装の為の機材や、匂い、等）です。しかし毎年来るたびにきれいになっているのはうれしい！もう少し宿泊費も安価になれば良いのだけれど、、、トラブルが多いのだからフロントを呼べるルームホンは欲しい！毎年他のHOTELをと考えるが、日程が決まった頃には空きがなく仕方なく宿泊する。スタッフ連中は大変親切、丁寧！ 窓のフレームの故障なのか？帰ってくるたびにきちっと閉じられて無く、すきま風が入り、自分で閉じ直すが相変わらずすきま風は入ってきて寒かった。初日部屋の電源の一部が落ち、さすがにこれはスタッフに頼み直してもらった。シャワーの出が悪い！ライトの球切れぐらいチェックして欲しい、日本人旅行者には不向きで、私の様に取材や仕事で来ている地元のスタッフ連中の宿で、快適さはない！となると宿泊費が高すぎる、予算をあと少し足せば快適なHOTEL は多い！ |

バスの乗り放題チケットがもらえ，英語対応も問題なし。場所がわかりにくいが，バスの停留所が近く便利。中心部にも近くレストラン，バー，ショッピングにも良かった。 冷蔵庫があればうれしい。 |

部屋は清掃が行き届いており、気持ちよい滞在ができました。 レセプションのあいている時間が限定されているので、チェックアウト後に荷物を預けるには少し不便だと思います。 |

Very well located in the city centre so it was great to visit everything and go out at night without having to use the public transport to get back. Wifi and public transport card was included. Wifi was not available from our rooms so the first few days we had to go down to the lobby. Afterwards they fixed the problem. No minifridge so buying food from supermarkets was not viable. |

Very nice room on a quiet street, modern facilities and good breakfast buffet Smoking from the lobby driffted up to our room, not bad with the door closed but unpleasant when coming or going. |

it was more than i could imagine very comfort exselant location easy to find lots of historical places around shops even is a market on saturday lots of shoping places and u have the metro near that can take u anywhere in one word i dont give to this hotel one star is more than 2star the cleanlines is in high standards and you have everythink that you need to allso free internet well done and i... at leas if you stay for one day i think the day that you live is at least to 3pm not 11am |

Quiet, clean and comfortable. walking with bags from station is a long way uphill, so catch metro to Rippon and ask it's a5 min level walk. Also breakfast at 12 chf is too much |
