Het hotel lag in een rustige straat en was toch heel dichtbij het centrum van Lausanne. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi schoon. Fijn is dat je de mogelijkheid hebt om zelf even thee of koffie te zetten op je kamer (er is een waterkoker). De receptie van het hotel is tot 22.00 uur open. Ik was later vanwege ernstige vertraging tijdens de reis en daarmee was men duidelijk niet blij. Dus: tevoren bellen als je later bent. |

They had a small boiler with a selection of teas and coffee in the room. Really nice thing. The location is in the old city and the cathedral. Quality of breakfast was pretty good, croissants, fresh grinding coffee machine. Although the selection could be broader. Price of 12 chf is ok for switzerland, where everything is really expensive. Wlan worked fine. Tv had DVD-Player and around 150 channels (ita, spa, ger, eng, fre). Small empty fridge in the room. Well they forgot to offer me the city free pass (two weeks, when stay in a hotel in Lausanne) , when I arrive. |

Very good value for money. Locaton is thebest. Internet wasn't working very well, we needed to restart the wireless very often, but at least the connection is frfree (very good if you cmpare with others). |

Front desk staff was bilingual and very helpful. Appreciated the free transit pass for the day. Very useful as hotel is further up the hill from the lake. |

Friendy reception on arrival. Room very clean and good selection of TV channels. also liked having a kettle in room. I didn't eat the hotel breakfast so can't comment but bakery a few yards down the street sells coissants to die for! Close to metro. Shared shower and toilet were very small. |

Generally speaking, it is okay. My room is facing the street site, but they provide double windows, which block all the noise away. Although most of the staffs were vey nice and friendly, some of them were very cool. |

Conveniently located (near a metro station, not far from the city center), spacious room, very friendly staff, reasonable rate (not in absolute terms, though, but in comparison to the prices of other hotels in Lausanne), free wifi in the room. Breakfast not included in the hotel rate and too pricey for its content. |

Clean hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff located right in the heart of Laussane. A little basic, but good value for money. |

The staff was friendly and the free internet access. It wasn't very central to things. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. |

Very well located in the city centre so it was great to visit everything and go out at night without having to use the public transport to get back. Wifi and public transport card was included. Wifi was not available from our rooms so the first few days we had to go down to the lobby. Afterwards they fixed the problem. No minifridge so buying food from supermarkets was not viable. |

it was more than i could imagine very comfort exselant location easy to find lots of historical places around shops even is a market on saturday lots of shoping places and u have the metro near that can take u anywhere in one word i dont give to this hotel one star is more than 2star the cleanlines is in high standards and you have everythink that you need to allso free internet well done and i... at leas if you stay for one day i think the day that you live is at least to 3pm not 11am |

Quiet, clean and comfortable. walking with bags from station is a long way uphill, so catch metro to Rippon and ask it's a5 min level walk. Also breakfast at 12 chf is too much |
