The location was excellent, near to everything and easy to find. The pirce of breakfast was way too high - 24 Swiss francs each. |

Standard was good for a moderately expensive hotel in an expensive city. Only complaint was the arrangement about the Wi-fi .. .had to get a new code from the front-desk every day to get connected. They have a deal with Swisscom for access from rooms that was (I thought) very expensive. .Paying as much as I was for the room, I expect Wi-fi to come included these days. |

The location quite close to the lake was ideal. The staff was extremely attentive and assisted me promptly and courteously with every request. They allowed a late check out on my departure date to accomodate my business schedule. I thought the add on expense for the breakfast was not reasonable. The Starbucks next door was a big help in that regard. |

Would you believe the bathroom, very elegant and the reception area and professionalism of the staff Those art pieces are very different !, would have liked an iron and a kettle/tea items in the room |

La situación geográfica Es inadmisible la calidad de insonorización en un hotel que pretende ser un 4 estrellas superior. Se oye todas las tuberiás de los baños, la gente que pasa por el passillo.... Deberían invertir mejor el dinero en lo que realmente es calidad y confort, olvidando un poco el lado diseño. |

L'emplacement: l'hôtel est très bien situé. L'accueil: personnel aimable, particulièrement la réception et le portier. Les espresso en libre-service au bar; la connexion gratuite au Net. Petit déjeuner trop cher; restaurant décevant. |

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour visiter Genève à pieds une fois la voiture garée. La chambre était grande, la salle de bains aussi. Très bonne insonorisation ce qui est important parce que le quartier est très animé. La climatisation ne marchait pas alors qu'il faisait très chaud. Pour 24 FS par personne en plus du prix de la chambre le petit déjeuner était bien mais rien d'extraordinaire. Par contre il n'y avait personne dans la salle pour servir. Comme il n'y avait pas d'eau pour mon thé, j'ai dû aller voir à la cuisine au bout d'un certain temps. |

Confortable et bien situe,personnel gentil Dimension reduite des chambres surtout quand elles sont occupees pas 2 personnes.Manque de lampes de chevet. |

Es un hotel que esta recien reformado con muchos detalles en la habitación que hacen la estancia más cómoda. Bien situado(sólo cruzando el puente estás en centro de la ciudad. El personal muy agradable. Veniamos de un gran hotel y el primer día la habitación parecia un poco pequeña. Hubiese preferido fundas nordicas en la cama, creo que son más higiénicas que mantas y colchas de tapicerias. |

L'hôtel est admirablement placé dans le centre de Genève...près de la gare, de la vieille ville, des grands magasins et bien entendu du Lac Léman. Sa dimention moyenne très agréable, sa décoration classique, de bon goût voire chaleureuse ( j'ai adoré le hall d'entrée avec ses canapés confortables) font qu'on si sent un peu comme chez soi. A noter; Un service en chambre après 22 heures, un salon bar, et le restaurant chaleureux ouvert tous les jours, seraient un must! Nos chambres n'étaient pas très grandes, mais vu le dégriffage, on ne peut pas se plaindre. Un petit déjeuner moins cher? |

Aspecto - y sensación - de estrenar algo nuevo. TV extraplana- aunque podría estar dos palmos más alto viendolo desde la cama. Ubicación perfecta: centrico, tranquilo, servicio amable Iluminación baño no profesionalmente calculado, mucha luz (focos muy altos) pero uno no se ve bien en espejo. |
