This is a wonderfull hotel to stay in at Murren. The owners are the most friendly and helpfull people you could wish for. When we left they arrange for our luggage to be transported to the railway and in the cable car. The view is magnificent and the hotel is spotless clean. Wish we could stay longer. The breakfast is great and the Dinner is also out of the book. A highly recommended hotel. |

Very good level for a 3 star, very comfortable. V good staff and owners. Great location. The bed was extremely noisy slat style, high quality feather duvet but too hot with no cooler cover available, high quality feather pillows but no additional available for higher pillow needs. |

Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Terrific view from our bedroom. Great breakfast with good selection. Central heating was not yet switched on for the season and it was hence a little cold in our room at night. Outdoor balcony a bit old looking - woodwork and floor needs repainting. Lack of fish options on the hotel's restuarant menu meant that we did not dine there as often duing our stay as we would have liked to. |

Goede kwaliteit van eten, zowel het buffet bij het ontbijt als het avondeten. Diner stijlvol opgediend, Moderne maar toch ook gezellige, warme inrichting van hotel (w.o. het restaurant), zeer vriendelijke en persoonlijke bediening; je kon zien dat ze zelf ook plezier in hun werk hadden. klein puntje: bij aankomst met onze koffers (zaterdagavond ca. 21 uur) zou het prettig zijn geweest als we vanaf de kabelbaan zouden zijn opgehaald, i.p.v. dat we ca. 1000 m moesten lopen. Er was ons gezegd dat de ophaalservice niet werkte. Overigens werden we wel weggebracht bij vertrek. |

Ausgesprochen freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang, angenehmer Aufenthaltsraum mit toller Aussicht, ein grosszügiges aber nicht übertriebenes Frühstücksbüffet in einem schönen Saal mit ebenfalls toller Aussicht. Eher einfache aber sehr saubere Zimmer mit schönster Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Das Mobiliar in den Zimmern ist etwas veraltet, aber praktisch und zweckmässig. |
