The newly renovated, cosy 3-star Hotel Edelweiss is located right in the heart of the Bernese Oberland.
From your bed, you can admire the Big Three of the Swiss Alps - Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The hotel is situated in the centre of the town of Mürren and enjoys an excellent location for walks or hikes in summer and skiing in winter (very close to the ski lifts).

Travel information
By train from Zurich:
There is a train service from Zurich via Bern and Interlaken-Ost to Lauterbrunnen, where it connects to the bus service to Stechelberg. From Stechelberg the "Schilthornbahn" (railway line) departs to Gimmelwald and Mürren.
By car:
Travel to Interlaken on the Autobahn and take the road to Stechelberg via Wilderswil and Lauterbrunnen from there. Park your car in Stechelberg (CHF 5.00) and take the "Schilthornbahn" (railway line) to Gimmelwald and Mürren. Mürren is a car-free town.

Free entry to the Sports Centre of Mürren (swimming pool, whirlpool and ice rink in winter).
