It is right on the lake and very close to the Montreux Jazz festival and all the activities involved The bathroom was a bit shoddy, there was no upper sheet on the bed which made it hot to sleep in and the aircond did not work (not even sure if there was one) |

Elevators were rather quick, reception staff was trying to be helpful. Rooms are small, cleaning is fair, in the mornings a lot of noise as of 6 am by huge cleaning machines outside the room in the street, lack of airconditioning, poor breakfast. |

The building itself and the decoration of the hotel. The view from the room balcony is fantastic. Perfect site near the center of the city. |

the location was nice, right in front of the lake. the hotel is a very old and the rooms are in poor conditions. my mini bar fridge didn't work, there was no air conditioner, the bathroom was small. I would not recommend this hotel, as it is very dated. |

the place situated very near the lake I had a stay for two nights and booked a deluxe room, on my arrival had a small standard room lakeview had to complain and succeeded in changing only the day after at 4.00 p.m. |

Comfortable and clean room. Excellent location When reserving it said my room has a view of surrounding mountain. In reality the view was a huge parking wall. Although a premium room it did not have air conditioning and a extremely noisy street at night |

Location of the hotel on Lac Leman is phenomenal, with great views from the private balcony and easy access to shopping and dining. Multilingual staff was very helpful and accommodating. |

I loved the lakeside view from the hotel and the service of the hotel staff. The bathrooms were well equipped and the rooms were clean There was no internet connectivity in my room. Though, we did get an internet card from the hotel staff- connectivity can be improved. |

the ambience is nice and their breakfast buffet is very good. Yes, room service is not 24 hrs. so even if we wanted to get coffee at 6am, we had to wait pass 7am coz that is the time that their staff comes in. They don't have adaptor for cellphones and I had to bring one coz last time I was there they didn't have any. |

I have stayed at Eden Palace before and genuinely like the 'old world' atmosphere and the good inobtrusive service. There is really nothing I don't like about the hotel, apart from maybe the breakfast buffet which could be a bit more exciting for the money |

Very good location on the lake, not too far from train station and bus stops. The Young Lady who checked us in and helped with a couple of issues with our rooms was "Excellent" ! There was a lot of noise between 11:00pm and 3:00am from Young people down on the streets yelling just to annoy the hotel guests and others living in apt's near the hotel. The hotel staff should be more proactive in contacting the police !!! |

location when booking i was not informed there was a choice of street side or lake side. I assumed my superior deluxe room would have included a good view but i had to pay a further 60 Euro per night for a lake view on the same floor. However the very small balcony and amazing view was worth it. |
