Situated by Lake Geneva, two minutes from the town centre, this Victorian Hotel is a hundred years old and completely renovated.

Rooms include Louis XVI furnishings and air conditioning. There is also a garden, a restaurant with French cuisine and fitness-sauna.

The reception staff is unhelpful, plus the hotel is too old! I dont recommend it at all !

It was central. Stunning view

Staff made you feel like you were imposing - ie wanted to sit in window seat but was told was for diners (at 4pm in the afternoon with an empty restaurant. Also - we booked this hotel for the pool but was told that the pool was closed if the sun wasn't shining. Room service menu was too "main meal" orientated. Felt the facilities and experience wasn't commensurate with a 4* hotel.

Balcony view over the beautiful lake and the buzz of the jazz festival. Weather was fab too !

Surly young girl on reception giving us unclear directions to park the car in their private garage, and then arguing with us rather than apologising - you only get one chance to make a good first impression.

I booked a room with a lac view, and when I arrived at the hotel they told me that all room with Lac view were full, therefore I got a room on the road side with a ridiculous discount. I was very desapointed and annoyed. It is unacceptable for an hotel in this category to threat client like this. I will never return there for sure.
