Excellent position on the lake and close to the main shopping street. Good parking. Good breakfast Restaurant looked a bit tired. Needs some paint and maintenance generally. Needs a more friendly bar.

The Eden Palace is a fantastic hotel literally on the banks of Lake Geneva. The views are breathtaking, whilst the rooms are full of unrefined luxury. Our stay here was truely wonderful and I would recommend to anyone to take advantage of the lake view balcony rooms. Perfect for resting after a long walking day round Montreux. Nothing at all. The hotel is perfect.

Fair hotel facility, clean, close to all shopping , city center. Restaurant staff are not customer centered or keen to welcome visitors. I found hotel lacking suitable dining or drinking places, definitely not 5 stars level, not even close to it.

The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is particularly good set in a beautiful room with a lovely view if the lake. Parking can be a bit of a problem if the hotel is full and you have to use the public parking lots which are expensive.

Friendly reception Stunning rooms with amazing view of the Lake. Provision made for family interconnecting rooms. Unfortunately the Hotel didn't have many people staying - maybe not the busy season.

I loved everything about this hotel! It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Great location and if you can get a room with a view of the lake then it's really amazing! One of the most beautiful views ever.

It was ideally situated for me as I played in the Brass band contest. It also gave me a feeling of a weekend break combined with a weekend of intensive music. I booked to stay in a hotel to allow myself to catch up on sleep after a very busy week of work and then evening rehersals. My son and I really did not appreciate being woken up by the rehersal of a brass band at 7am in the morning!!! Our room ( 110) was directly above the rehersal room and although we play in a brass band, we had not anticipated being serenaded so early in the morning!!

The hotel has a great view of lake Geneva and also the beautiful mountain surround. It takes only 10 minutes walking. However, the hotel gave me the ticket for free local transportation. Room style is rather old. The free wifi was available until the midnight at the first day I stayed. It was ridiculous. Also, the hotel room rate was rather high with no breakfast . However, if you booked another day, it included breakfast with the same price. Thus, you must check the condition carefully.

The location is excellent, just by the lake Geneva. Its also next to the Casino. Plently of restruants around. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel was overall nice. We stayed only for one night, so didnt use much of the facilities, but they do have a nice property. A little expensive. Apart from that, there are about 4 steps right after you enter the main door to reach the lobby / reception. Its quite irritating when you are walking in with a lot of luggage.

The view of the lake is spectacular and the position re walks, shopping, train station is great. It has been very cheaply renovated and is definitely a package holiday hotel. Faded glory!
