Comfortable and clean room. Excellent location

When reserving it said my room has a view of surrounding mountain. In reality the view was a huge parking wall. Although a premium room it did not have air conditioning and a extremely noisy street at night

Location of the hotel on Lac Leman is phenomenal, with great views from the private balcony and easy access to shopping and dining. Multilingual staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Yes, room service is not 24 hrs. so even if we wanted to get coffee at 6am, we had to wait pass 7am coz that is the time that their staff comes in. They don't have adaptor for cellphones and I had to bring one coz last time I was there they didn't have any.

Very good location on the lake, not too far from train station and bus stops. The Young Lady who checked us in and helped with a couple of issues with our rooms was "Excellent" !

There was a lot of noise between 11:00pm and 3:00am from Young people down on the streets yelling just to annoy the hotel guests and others living in apt's near the hotel. The hotel staff should be more proactive in contacting the police !!!

It's very close to the shops and the ambience is very nice including the staff of the hotel.

Sometimes they clean the room so late in the afternoon.

The hotel is what Swiss hospitality is about: good breakfast, big room with all the possible things you can imagine. You can even watch recent movies through their inhouse entertainment system. The location is central in Montreux next to the Casino and 20 meters from the lake. The staff was usually helpful during the times we needed them. There is free parking in front of the hotel...

"Free parking" doesn't exist according to the staff: they wanted to charge us for the use of the parking spot in front of the hotel despite booking.com mentioned it was free parking. Also somehow you cannot seem to make reservations for it. One staff member even advised us to use the parking in the mall (30 meters from the hotel) as that was a better option.
