良いのは眺めだけ。アラブ系の金持ちが多く、廊下を子供がスケートボードで走り回るわ、廊下におもちゃは散乱するわで最悪。 高級ホテルにもかかわらず、レセプションの対応は最悪。予約内容確認のメールを向こうからよこしていたにもかかわらず、行ってみたらまったく対応できていなかった。電話は壊れているし、部屋も狭い。 |

レマン湖側の部屋の眺望は最高。但し、スタッフのサービス、夕食はお勧めできない。 スタッフの態度は余り良くない。また、顧客層もやや問題。 |

Comfortable and clean room. Excellent location When reserving it said my room has a view of surrounding mountain. In reality the view was a huge parking wall. Although a premium room it did not have air conditioning and a extremely noisy street at night |

Location For that standart of the hotel in Swiss the price is definately too high!!! (Moreover without breakfast)Equipment of the room as in years 80!!!! No air condition! |

Location of the hotel on Lac Leman is phenomenal, with great views from the private balcony and easy access to shopping and dining. Multilingual staff was very helpful and accommodating. |

I loved the lakeside view from the hotel and the service of the hotel staff. The bathrooms were well equipped and the rooms were clean There was no internet connectivity in my room. Though, we did get an internet card from the hotel staff- connectivity can be improved. |

the ambience is nice and their breakfast buffet is very good. Yes, room service is not 24 hrs. so even if we wanted to get coffee at 6am, we had to wait pass 7am coz that is the time that their staff comes in. They don't have adaptor for cellphones and I had to bring one coz last time I was there they didn't have any. |

I have stayed at Eden Palace before and genuinely like the 'old world' atmosphere and the good inobtrusive service. There is really nothing I don't like about the hotel, apart from maybe the breakfast buffet which could be a bit more exciting for the money |

Very good location on the lake, not too far from train station and bus stops. The Young Lady who checked us in and helped with a couple of issues with our rooms was "Excellent" ! There was a lot of noise between 11:00pm and 3:00am from Young people down on the streets yelling just to annoy the hotel guests and others living in apt's near the hotel. The hotel staff should be more proactive in contacting the police !!! |

location when booking i was not informed there was a choice of street side or lake side. I assumed my superior deluxe room would have included a good view but i had to pay a further 60 Euro per night for a lake view on the same floor. However the very small balcony and amazing view was worth it. |

It's very close to the shops and the ambience is very nice including the staff of the hotel. Sometimes they clean the room so late in the afternoon. |

The hotel is what Swiss hospitality is about: good breakfast, big room with all the possible things you can imagine. You can even watch recent movies through their inhouse entertainment system. The location is central in Montreux next to the Casino and 20 meters from the lake. The staff was usually helpful during the times we needed them. There is free parking in front of the hotel... "Free parking" doesn't exist according to the staff: they wanted to charge us for the use of the parking spot in front of the hotel despite booking.com mentioned it was free parking. Also somehow you cannot seem to make reservations for it. One staff member even advised us to use the parking in the mall (30 meters from the hotel) as that was a better option. |

The double lakeside view room was the thing that made this trip. We sat on the balcony every evening it was that good. It was basic in the room, but really it just matched the period of the hotel which was different. |
