The swimming pool. Room was comfortable. Breakfast ran out quite quickly - croissants were not replaced. No vegetarian options on restaurant menu for evening meal so we ate elsewhere, despite the torrential rain, as 2 of us were vegetarian. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage there safely before I was able to check in, and was able to do the same before checkout |

Good location All the staff at the reception desk are unfriendly and have a hard time smiling as if they dislike their jobs. Breakfast was not set up. Orange juice, hot water for tea and other stuff had run out well before the breakfast time was finished. Most guests were surprised. |

All the staff at the reception desk were very helpful, very central location near to the station, room was kept spotlessly tidy and clean every day. Use of Riviera Card given to me by hotel was very useful providing free travel on local buses and discounts on some entrances to local attractions plus funicular railways |

Very well situated, in the city center, right at the railway station. Very friendly staff. We appreciated to get breakfast even after the scheduled time. Good system to get into the hotel with a code without having to wait for someone to let us in. |

Rate was fair; Close to station so easy to find, and handy for travel; Also close to client's office (reason for staying there). Railway noise; Old, flat pillows and no spares in wardrobe; Camp-bed style beds; Tiny bathroom (door had groove cut into it so it could miss the sink!); No main bathroom light - shower curtain therefore made cubicle very dark with only mirror light; Thin walls so could hear next door guest moving about and their TV; Old furniture (second-hand?) |

Very close to the Vevey CFF train station. The only available hotel in the whole Vevey without pre-booking. The breakfast is very poor in terms of assortment: no eggs, no sausagges, no fruits, no vegetables. Only croissants, 2 types of cheese, sliced meet and Kellogs. |

close to all transport facilities and train station. Geneva's Hotel prices where cheaper ! by approx 60 chfrancs. |

Location, right next to the train station is convenient when having a lot of luggage The hotel is extremely noisy. Thin walls had all the noise coming through. As there was a big group of children staying up all night in the hallways, I didn't get much sleep at all. Complaining about this only helped two nights later on. |
