Ameron Hotel Flora  

駅からも中心地からも大変近く、とにかく便利だった。部屋は清潔でスタンダードな内容。日本人団体客や中国- 人団体客も多かった。

駅とカペル橋に近いこと。デパート前のエスカレーターを下ると、駅の地下街に出るため、ホームまでの移動に- 便利。荷物があっても大丈夫でした。また、朝食が６時からなのもよかったです。

４つ星ですが、部屋にコーヒーセット（湯沸しポット）はありません。２連泊しましたが、部屋の清掃は１５時- 過ぎてやっと終わりました。トイレットペーパーの補充もありませんでした。しかしヨーロッパの一般的な３つ- 星と思えば立地の良さなどを含め不満はありません。

スタッフの対応が丁寧で、親切。施設も清潔感があり、たいへん心地よく過ごせた。

Rooms are very clean and well decorated .Most of the staff was friendly and willing to help. The location is great . The price we got was great ( booked on offer )

1. Parking is very expensive even with the hotel discount 21 CHF per day! 2. There should be at least wired internet in the rooms or the wifi should cost less. 3. only 2 English channels on TV

it was a very comfortable hotel, modern and clean. its location was great, very close to train station, and centre of town to walk around. it was also a very reasonable price.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The free wireless internet was very useful to find our way through to the places we wanted to visit. The buffet breakfast was very diverse in selection. The hotel staff were very helpful and even helped us with a bed confusion as an extra bed could not be added to a standard double room as stated on booking.com.

The deluxe room even without an extra bed was a bit on the smallish side

Really enjoyed our stay, the location was brilliant, we would say only 2 mins walk from train station, the superior room was brill, just as it showed in photos. Loved the hot milk with honey at night. Would stay there again.

The only thing we didnt like was there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, there was a mini bar though. You could get hot drinks from the restaurant.

The hotel is convenient to the train station and centrally located to the Kappell Bridge and the lovely areas surrounding. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

- Location in the very city centre, near the famous wooden bridge; - Car park 20 CHF per day; - Staff eager to please.

- The room (superior) was not so luxury as described in the web site; - We asked for a room located in the upper floors and with a view of the city but we have not been provided with; - Breakfast not so good and various as described in the previous feedbacks. - Expensive room rates for the quality given.

- Location, location, location. Very close to the main train station - Clean and stylish room, with free Wi Fi!! - Good breakfast provided

- Should provide a electrical kettle in the room, instead walking down to the hotel restaurant area to get hot water - Reception staff, not too helpful for asking sightseeing attractions

It was a short distance from the train station to the hotel. The location was off a main street but within easy access of everything we wanted to see in the citty. Lucerne is a beautiful city, very pedestrian friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and a satisfying way to start the day. The staff was able to answer all our questions. The tourist information desk at the train station was wonderful, providing travel information on all types of attractions. We recommend seeing the animal park in Arth-Goldau & taking a boat/train ride to the top of Mt. Rigi.

The location of the Ameron Flora was excellent - within walking distance of the station and also of the many sights to be seen in this beautiful city.The staf were very helpful and the accommodation was very comfortable; the room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was very fine.

Though the room was spacious, there was only one comfortable chair when in this case there was easily room for two.
