Location is good as very central. Service at front desk is nice.Rooms comfortable. I didnt like to wake up at 8am to the noise of chairs being moved around noisily on the ground probably above me, then it didnt get better with lots of noise in the morning, soundproof not great. Tv was not working in my room. Found spiders and bugs around near the window.And cobwebs falling from the ceiling, it seemed my room wasnt used for a while.

Rooms are very clean and well decorated .Most of the staff was friendly and willing to help. The location is great . The price we got was great ( booked on offer ) 1. Parking is very expensive even with the hotel discount 21 CHF per day! 2. There should be at least wired internet in the rooms or the wifi should cost less. 3. only 2 English channels on TV

-location is very good for travelling and business but some receptions are not polite. Over all is good. -some staff ( may be only one make the bad reputation to the hotel )

The hotel is very close to the train station. The free wireless internet was very useful to find our way through to the places we wanted to visit. The buffet breakfast was very diverse in selection. The hotel staff were very helpful and even helped us with a bed confusion as an extra bed could not be added to a standard double room as stated on booking.com. The deluxe room even without an extra bed was a bit on the smallish side

Really enjoyed our stay, the location was brilliant, we would say only 2 mins walk from train station, the superior room was brill, just as it showed in photos. Loved the hot milk with honey at night. Would stay there again. The only thing we didnt like was there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, there was a mini bar though. You could get hot drinks from the restaurant.

The hotel is convenient to the train station and centrally located to the Kappell Bridge and the lovely areas surrounding. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel as well as the rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Really liked them alot. Being a pure vegetarian (Asian) would have liked more options available for the breakfast.

- Location in the very city centre, near the famous wooden bridge; - Car park 20 CHF per day; - Staff eager to please. - The room (superior) was not so luxury as described in the web site; - We asked for a room located in the upper floors and with a view of the city but we have not been provided with; - Breakfast not so good and various as described in the previous feedbacks. - Expensive room rates for the quality given.

Location was great. Near to Train station and across the bridge into the town. Good wifi and fast in the room via wifi. Breakfast ok but not an overwhelming selection for the price paid for breakfast with the room. Probably a bit expensive. However I was following a tour group as a separate paying passenger that stays there so if I had to choose a hotel I would have chosen one a bit cheaper. I can't see what extras you are paying for, for the price as everywhere has free wifi.

- Location, location, location. Very close to the main train station - Clean and stylish room, with free Wi Fi!! - Good breakfast provided - Should provide a electrical kettle in the room, instead walking down to the hotel restaurant area to get hot water - Reception staff, not too helpful for asking sightseeing attractions

Cozy, comfortable, clean. Close to train station for easy access n within walking distance to the old town. Staff helpful If we could extend our stay for another 2 nights with the same rate earlier booked via booking.com but hotel staff have no control on rates. Hence, v moved 4x rooms to another hotel next door for additional 2 nights.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Perfect location! The rooms were warm and stylish, very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a business trip or city break.

It was a short distance from the train station to the hotel. The location was off a main street but within easy access of everything we wanted to see in the citty. Lucerne is a beautiful city, very pedestrian friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and a satisfying way to start the day. The staff was able to answer all our questions. The tourist information desk at the train station was wonderful, providing travel information on all types of attractions. We recommend seeing the animal park in Arth-Goldau & taking a boat/train ride to the top of Mt. Rigi.

The location of the Ameron Flora was excellent - within walking distance of the station and also of the many sights to be seen in this beautiful city.The staf were very helpful and the accommodation was very comfortable; the room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was very fine. Though the room was spacious, there was only one comfortable chair when in this case there was easily room for two.

The location, all major attractions within walking distance, good breakfast spread and very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Definetly will stay there again. The nightclub next door over the weekend. You can hear the disco music from the breakfast area. We did not hear it inside our room. The music will only stop at 8.00 in the morning.

The location was unbeatable, and the staff was great. The breakfast buffet was extensive, fresh, and delicious. We had air conditioning (although it was chilly weather) and free internet in the room. What's not to like?

The hotel is wonderfully located next to the train station in the center of Lucerne and provides top notch, seemingly newly renovated rooms and common areas. The breakfast was perfect with some nice touches like pickled herring and lox. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I would recommend this as a 4 star city hotel.
