Das Personal (Frühstücksbüffet) war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war geräumig und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Niemand war anwesend bei der Ankunft. Der Schlüssel wurde deponiert. Man fühlte sich etwas "im Regen stehen gelassen". Der Strom im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Nur nach Insistieren kam jemand, um den Mangel zu beheben. Danach funktionierte aber alles reibungslos (abgesehen vom stinkenden Abfluss der Badewanne). |

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, reichlich und sehr gut. Vor allen Dingen hat uns der Kaffee geschmeckt. Das Toilettenbecken war undicht, und das Badezimmer hatte dadurch einen unangenehmen Geruch. |

Midden in de(mooie) stad.Mooie oude gebouwen. Een zeer bezienswaardige Burcht in de nabijheid die zeker ook voor kinderen interessant is.Centraal gelegen stad om zowel Zurich, Bern als Luzern te bezoeken. Niet ver van meren verwijderd. Aanbevelenswaardig! |

Dramatisch slecht hotel. Ten eerste zaten bij aankomst alle deuren op slot en was er niemand aanwezig. Op de deur een sticker met 'ruhe tag'. Uiteindelijk heeft de plaatselijke bakker van even verderop een sleutel bemachtigd. Verder de hele nacht geen oog dicht gedaan. Geen personeel aanwezig. Wij hadden een verzoek gedaan voor een extra bed op de kamer; niets over gehoord en het bed stond er niet. Vreselijk gehorig hotel op een dramatisch slechte locatie. We hebben onze vrienden in Lenzburg op het hard gedrukt nooit meer iemand naar dit hotel te verwijzen! |
