The noice from air traffic was not vey pleasant. No coffee in the room, only tee available. The check in machine is too slow.

1°) no reception , no-one to help you when you arrive at the front door and you are required to enter a registration number, which you don't know if this is the first time you go to that hotel. For "Booking.com" users, for your information : that number is the reservation number of booking.com (9 digits), then you must enter hundreds of information to get the key from the automat : very complicated system, especiallly when it is late, dark and -9°c outside ! 2°) TV satellite did not work, it worked during 1 minute, then stopped (I phone the Hotel emergency phone number to ask why), then started again during a couple of minutes, then definitively stopped, very disappointing for the price of the room!

Everything, it was the most unpleasant hotel experience in my life, its a cheap nasty hotel thats not cheap

We had our doubts before arriving at the hotel but it had impressed me from the moment we checked in through an automated reception! Payment and keys were processed efficiently- all through a machine sitting outside the hotel entrance! There were reviews about the location being obscure, true but our gps found it without a problem and the fact that it was located at an 'industrial' area didn't affect us either as it was a decent looking area/ building. Though quiet, the hotel was brightly lit and we didn't feel 'unsafe' at any point. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. WiFi was good. There is a common pantry area outside the room which had a microwave, snacks & drinks dispenser machines which accepts/converts both Euros and Francs! How cool is that! All in all, pleasantly surprised and and would stay again if I needed to be near the airport.

It is clean and comfortable, and the room facilities are good. It's very close to the airport and is relatively inexpensive for the area.

There is no reception and obtaining the room key card can take time. It's situated in an inductrial estate underneath the flight path for Zurich Airport.

beautiful rooms and lobbies; as there's no staff, the automat machine is an interesting and efficient concept. highway entrance not far making it easy to get to the airport which is not far.

in the middle of nowhere; you need your car for shopping although there're vending machines in the lobby; location hard to find without a GPS as the hotel shares a building with various business companies.

Actually, it was okay. Strange, as there is no staffed reception, and the hotel is located in a semi-industrial area. It is entirely for convenience, in this case, nearness to the Zurich airport. It was weird to check in digitally, and to meet office workers from offices, also housed in the building, leaving as we arrived. But it was clean and comfortable, there was a small kitchen in the public area, and the vending machines were even well-stocked. Quite satisfactory for what we needed, actually.

the position was very bad, it is in a industrial zone. the hotel is in a industrial warehouse with the smell of chemical solvents.

I did not stay here because we could not get in the building. Unknown to us before arriving, it is located on one floor of a several floor office building located in an industrial park @ 15 minutes from the Zurich airport. There were no people there. It was very dark and creepy. I do not believe that booking .com should have them on the website or should explain fully what the hotel really is- a self storage for people tp sleep. I hope we will not be charged for this room as we could not get the key from the atm type machine outside the door. All other hotels booked through booking.com have been great. I love the site. Many thanks.

Nice furnished bathroom.

Hotel is situated in an industrial area. Rooms are in the second and third floor of old industrial metal building. In the first floor there is a factory which causes incredible chemical smell. No reception, nobody to speak to, really any services. We had insect in the bathroom. This so-called "hotel" was the worst accomodation we have ever seen (worldwide)! We will certainly not come back again. It was a very nice demonstration of the "hotel" how to take money and provide anything.
