All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 90.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Fantastic Hotel. This is a return visit and the hotel does not disappoint. We loved the lake views from our room and terrace. The restaurant food was very good and the staff very efficient. The hotel is of a very high standard, we will revisit here again in the future. |

Its unique position on the lake Lucerne shore, and a fantastic sight seeing of the 6000feet mountains all around, make it a very nice place to stay. Steamers and other crusing boats are available from the hotel as well. Everything is accessible tovisit this Lucerne "Disneyland". rooms are relatively small. meranwhile, they are comfortable. |

Beautiful view from the lake-facing room, spotlessly clean room, proximity to Luzern sites if you have a car or don't mind taking the bus, free parking, very attentive and friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Overall, an unforgettable experience. |

Loved the room. very spacious and nicely decorated. We had a balcony with lake and mountain views. Spectacular! Staff were extremely helpful on every occasion. Free internet was a great plus. Would have liked Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room qand alittle more choice in the resturant as prices were pretty high! |

The room was very clean and spacious. I was particularly impressed by the good quality of the duvets, you won't find any old tatty blankets in there! The view from the restaurant is stunning. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with even prosecco wine being offered! The service was overall very attentive and professional. |

The hotel is situaded in the wonderful place. It's near from Lucern, only 10 minutes by bus. The staff are very polite. The hotel's restaurant is great. Then, everything it was amazing. |

Das Hotel hat eine aussergewöhnliche Lage. Besonders der Sonnenaufgang ist wundervoll. Nein, eigentlich nicht. Vom Stil her würde ich mir ein romantischeres oder moderneres Hotel wünschen. Aber daran kann man nichts ändern. Es ist ein Hotel aus dieser Architektur-Zeit. Schon gut so. |

Sehr angenehmes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern in toller Lage am Vierwaldstätter See. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch von Luzern und Ausflüge am Vierwaldstätter See (Pilatus Rundfahrt) Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt über der Terrasse des Restaurants; leider hat das Hotelpersonal auch nach 23.00 Uhr nichts gegen lärmende Restaurantgäste unternommen. |

Lage direkt am See ist fantastisch. Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Service ist super. Küche ist wunderbar. Frühstücksbuffets könnte mit einer grösseren Käseauswahl ergänzt werden. Die einzige Beanstandung, die ich habe sind die Vögel auf der Terrasse die auf dem Frühstücksbrot herumpicken. Es ist aber ein Problem, das schwierig ist in den Griff zu bekommen!! |

De gastvrijheid en klantvriendelijkheid waren geweldig, geen moeite was te veel. Waar maak je nog mee dat je bed "s avonds opengeslagen ligt? De kamer was schoon en voor het geval dat ...stond een ventilator klaar. Echt een super hotel op een mooie lokatie met uitzicht op het meer. Het diner was aan de prijzige kant, maar je hoeft er natuurlijk niet te eten. |

Lage Sicht Bad,Service Wenn Seminare im Hause sind die die Terrasse zu den Mahlzeiten belegen und Gäste dafür nicht auf der Terrasse eingedeckt bekommen,sollte das bei der Buchung mitgeteiltwerden.Von 7,45 und 23:30 konnte vor Lärm nicht geschlafen werden |

Prachtige locatie aan het vierwoudstedenmeer met goede verbinding per boot en bus(regelmatige dienst) naar Luzern en tevens voor mooie wandelingen in omgeving. Goede keuken en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt, bij goed weer op terras met adembenemend uitzicht op Kehrsiten-Burgenstock. Kamers zijn schoon, ruim en licht...kortom perfecte plek om stad en natuur te combineren. Ware ontspanning! |
