Hotel Magic is run by the people at Hotel Krone who are extremely nice and have an excellent breakfast spread. Second time I've stayed at Magic. Kind of fun even though some of the rooms don't have the greatest view, however some are great. Clean and private.Overall 8.5/10. Sometimes the soundproofing isn't the best. |

Fint rom med spennende tematisk (Magic) innredning! Inkludert hyggelig frokost og trådløst internett. Greit bad. Infomasjonen ved inngangen om at innsjekk er litt ned i gaten (i et annet hotell) kunne vært skrevet klarere. INternett er OK, men på grensen til for svakt signal. |

Super freundliche Reception! Kompliment Herr Meier! Gratis-W-Lan (etwas schneller wäre schon nett) Gutes Bett/Matraze. Kaffeemaschine Delizio im Zimmer Mein Zimmer Symphonie, na ja ist optisch nicht gerade mein Geschmack.... Wasserbehälter der Kaffeemaschine würde ich geleert und gereinigt so hinstellen, dass jeder Gast es sieht, und selber frisches Wasser einfüllt bei Gebrauch... Frühstücksbuffet in einem Garni-Hotel sollte -besonders am Weekend eines Stadtfestes- bis 12 Uhr angeboten werden. - Da keine Mittags- A la Carte Gäste in diesem Raum verpflegt werden müssen, wäre dies auch logistisch kein Problem |

Excellent acceuil. Personnel compétent et prévenant. Chambres originaux dans le bon sens du terme. On vit la différence et l’originalité – un must pour les gens qui savent apprécier. J’y retournerai, c’est sûr. |

Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Fruehstueck im umliegenden Hotel war gut. Das Zimmer war sehr gut geheizt, leider gab es kein Thermostat zur Regulierung (nur das Fenster). Vom benachbarten Restaurant kam Kuechendunst bis ca. 22.30 (das kann aber nur bei wenigen Zimmern der Fall sein). |

Es fehlten klare Informationen, wie die elektronisch verriegelten Türen zu öffnen sind. Wegen Abluft aus dem tiefer liegenden Restaurant war Lüften im Zimmer mit unangenehmen Gerüchen verbunden. |

La pulizia e la "fantasia” nell’arredamento delle camere. Forse si potrebbe ridurre un pochino la temperatura, nelle camere e fuori, secondo me troppo elevata e, visti i tempi, lo trovo veramente uno spreco! |

Meer in het centrum van Luzern is onmogelijk Onze kamer had de naam Lotus. Stijlvol ingericht maar op de stoelen kon je niet langer dan vijf minuten behoorlijk zitten |

Die Lage Das Zimmer /Piraten) ist viel zu voll gestellt. Man holt sich blaue Flecken wegen der Hindernisse. Dies gilt auch für den Treppenabsatz vor dem Zimmer. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit die Koffer im Flur abzustellen ohne vorher in der Krone eingescheckt zu haben. |

l'hotel est situe au plein centre de la ville et pourtant le prix etait abordable. les chambres sont tres propres egalement. notre fenetre donnait sur le cour interieur d'un pizzeria, c'etait un peu bruyant. Aussi, il fallait s'adresser a la reception de l'hotel Krone pour s'enregistrer, on ne le savait pas au debut, on nous a aide a l'office de tourisme. ce n'etait pas marque explixitement sur notre fiche de reservation electronique! |

Au centre de la vieille ville c'était super ! Beaucoup de bruit dans l'hotel (ascenseur à côté de la chambre, bruit dans la cours intérieure des cuisiniers du restaurant... |
