The hotel is close to the city center and must have a great view of the Rhein (if you get the right room). There is also a (very simple) coffee machine in the room. The room is very small, the bathroom is even smaller and I don't know how you can get under the shower if you are bigger than the size S - its doors open to no more than 30 cm. The little shelf below the mirrow is attached at such a height that you can hit your head when washing your face. Also, if you do not have the room overlooking the Rhein, you are screwed: my room overlooked a narrow street with several bars on it. There was loud yelling until 4 AM. |

Perfect location for the view over the Rhein river. The cob webs and spiders. Fleas in the carpet and bed linen. Do not allow pets in same rooms as people. |

The view of the Rhine from the hotel room is beautiful. It is wonderful to wake up in the morning and see the city. The breaksfast is also very good. The noise outside the hotel was loud - many people walking below were loud until very late at night. As a result, I was not able to sleep with the window open. |

Excellent location, great value for money. Staff very friendly. They offer a public transport card for each guest for the duration of your stay which was just fantastic. Loved the nespresso in each room too! I would recommend to anyone. We didn't pay for the river-view room and it was just fine, some noise on the street at night but nothing too disruptive. I would highly recommend this hotel. It didn't matter during our stay (September), but the hotel does not have air conditioning so I think in summer time it would be really hot there. I did see notice in their directory that they provide fans, but just for people to know.... |

Outstanding location on the banks of the Rhine - most rooms have a direct view over the river, easy access by free No. 8 tram from the main railway station and the same tram took us to within 5 minutes walk of our Avalon Waterways ship. Food was great sitting above the river bank with sensational views. Highly recommended. |

The perfect proximity to the Rhine River, the beautiful lighting, close to city center (1 minute walk) Smoking rooms. Switzerland too, is succombing to collectivist approaches to coercing people how to live together. |

the Rhine view - room relatively small and twin bed against the wall on one side ! moreover, wall-lamp above bed prevented us from sitting up in bed ! as to the restaurant, quality is very poor indeed |

Staff was very helpful. Responded very quickly to our problems and requests. View of river and old city was beautiful. Window shade did not work properly. Restaurant was not appealing. |

The staff at the reception. The room with a view on the Rhine. The location in the center. the staff of the restaurant, they are rude. there should be a free internet access in the room, not the cumbersome paid access. the prices of the minibar are outrageous. I paid CHF 15 for 2 bottles of mineral water. |

The hotel is in a good location as it's only a five minute walk to the old town. The view from the hotel across the river to the old town was a nice sight. The car parking was limited, but was very useful (although the 25CHF per day may be excessive for some people, but is probably normal in some Swiss cities. The bathroom was too small. It had a small bath and only just enough standing space for one person. It also had one of those plastic shower curtains that stick to you when you're in the shower. |

This is a neat clean 3 1/2 star hotel in central location to city centre, attractions and central station with great views (if you get a room with Rhein view) The prices are very high for a hotel of this category. |
