Hotel Montbrillant  

Sfeer en interieur gezelllig traditioneel , goeie prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.Hotelvoor de "middenklasse" Kamer netjes Had bij vorig bezoek ( 6 maanden terug) eerder negatieve ervaring met restaurant.Deze keer prima " ! De dagschotel" Ravioli à la chasse" was sterrenrestaurant waard. ( Verbleef slechts 1 nacht deze keer....) Verbinding luchthaven fantastisch.Zowel bus als trein stoppen bijna letterlijk( 25m) voor hotelingang.Forget dure taxi...

Perfecte ligging (trein, tram, bus in de onmiddellijke nabijheid) om van daar uit de stad te verkennen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Meer dan voldoende comfort. Prima service

Aangzien wij een treinreis gingen maken is de ligging naast het station erg prettig i.v.m. met bagage.

Ligging hotel houdt enige geluidsoverlast in, hoewel mewt ramen dicht dat meeviel.

Location, friendly staff and flexibility of check in and check out when they are not busy.

Can be noisy at weekends, due to the location.

Great location - next to the Gare Cornavin, but on the quieter side of the station. Small but comfortable rooms, with free internet and very god breakfast included in the price. Reasonable price for a hotel that is very convenient to the train station and buses, and it's just a few blocks from the lake. I have stayed here several times, and will stay here again.

Depending on the time of year, climate control can be inconsistent. I have stayed on the top floor in November when the room was too warm, and staff indicated nothing could be done to remedy it.

I didnt really like it .... noisy / our room had a seperate entrance which was not thru the hotel room was small .... and dated

This hotel is crap .... incredibly noisy and our room had a seperate entrance which was not thru the hotel lobby / breakfast was shocking we asked to change to another room ... and they had 3 good ones upstairs .... why did they not give us ones of those to start with makes the mind boggle .....

My room was charming and the hotel was very central, especially for a traveller arriving by train. I had a charming view of the TGV from my room! Breakfast was more than adequate event though it was completely self-service. Considering the proximity of the hotel to the trainlines, my room was very quiet indeed.

We ate in the Brasserie, the restaurant was cold, the waiter didnt seem to know what he was doing and my food was quite frankly awful, My colleagues seem to have made better choices than I did.

Strategic location, close to the station (noise inclusive) and public trans-ports. Restaurant facilities.

Room walls so thin you the next door's tv. Trash not emptied. Seat too low for desk.
