Bem localizado, conforto, atendimento excelente.

The location, proximity to the bus and rail stations.

Heating on arrival was broken down and I was asked to keep the bathroom door open as the bathroom heater was working! The manager on duty expressed his helplessness in doing anything as it was a religious holiday (Sunday). I spent a freezing night. The next few nights, the thermostat did not shut off, as a result of which I was extremely hot and could not enjoy a full night of uninterrupted sleep. The cleaning ladies refused to wash my tea pan, saying that was not part of the agreement. Breakfast was very bad and tasteless and could ruin anyone's mood for the day. Not a place I would recommend to anyone.

extremely expensive for what you get and directly next to the train station. Price level of this hotel is like a grand Hyatt at major Far east cities and quality juts below a good german gaststubbe

Location and the space of the room.

Great location - next to the Gare Cornavin, but on the quieter side of the station. Small but comfortable rooms, with free internet and very god breakfast included in the price. Reasonable price for a hotel that is very convenient to the train station and buses, and it's just a few blocks from the lake. I have stayed here several times, and will stay here again.

Depending on the time of year, climate control can be inconsistent. I have stayed on the top floor in November when the room was too warm, and staff indicated nothing could be done to remedy it.

I didnt really like it .... noisy / our room had a seperate entrance which was not thru the hotel room was small .... and dated

This hotel is crap .... incredibly noisy and our room had a seperate entrance which was not thru the hotel lobby / breakfast was shocking we asked to change to another room ... and they had 3 good ones upstairs .... why did they not give us ones of those to start with makes the mind boggle .....

My room was charming and the hotel was very central, especially for a traveller arriving by train. I had a charming view of the TGV from my room! Breakfast was more than adequate event though it was completely self-service. Considering the proximity of the hotel to the trainlines, my room was very quiet indeed.

We ate in the Brasserie, the restaurant was cold, the waiter didnt seem to know what he was doing and my food was quite frankly awful, My colleagues seem to have made better choices than I did.

Strategic location, close to the station (noise inclusive) and public trans-ports. Restaurant facilities.

Room walls so thin you the next door's tv. Trash not emptied. Seat too low for desk.

Ashtray in my room - wasn't sure if this was smoking room or people were allowed to smoke. So many smokers around the hotel waiting for train passengers - can't escape the second hand smoke in this area.

Very close to the city and transport, yet quiet.
