Cancellation

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

One child under 9 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.

One child under 16 years is charged CHF 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.

One older child or adult is charged CHF 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.

One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
