I liked the location. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was extremely expensive. The rooms were small. The mattress was lumpy and soft.

The location was excellent and our room lovely. The staff were very helpful and some came in early to prepare breakfast for us on the days we needed to be away before the restauarant opened. Changing towels twice a day was unnecessary, particularly when most hotels these days give you the option to not have them changed every day. A sauna would have been a nice facility after a hard day's skiing but as there wasn't one we were able to get a room with a bath rather than a shower so we could soak instead.

Accueil personnalisé, chambre avec beaucoup de cachet, calme, petite mais avec tout le confort. Hotel situé dans la zone piétonne donc sans les nuisances sonores des véhicules. Personnel attentif. Restaurant avec terrasse, mets de qualité, un peu "overpriced".

Die zentrale Lage ist unübertroffen. Service und Sauberkeit hervorragend, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Sehr reichaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit entgegenkommender Bedienung. Hilfe beim Gepäck macht den fehlenden Lift total wett.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der verkehrsberuhigten Zone und hat ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr international ausgerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Allerdings stimmt hier das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Das Zimmer war eher klein. Der Preis CHF 450, wird sicherlich durch den Standort Gstaad bestimmt. Leider gibt es beim Frühstück keine Tageszeitung, da diese erst um 09.30H eintreffen. Insgesamt kann man sgaen, dass es ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage ist. Bezüglich des Preises gibt es bessere Häuser in Gstaad. Sehr angenehm ist, dass man das Wifi kostenlos nutzen kann.

Bel hotel, avec un très bon accueil. Situé en zone piètonne, l'hotel est difficile à trouver en voiture : un plan avec la reservation faciliterait bien les choses. Cet hotel n'a pas d'ascenseur et les escaliers ne sont pas faciles pour les personnes agées. Dommage

Das Doppelzimmer war klein, aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ebenfalls toll war die Massagedusche. Das Personal an der Reception war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück bediente korrekt, wirkte aber nicht sonderlich gut gelaunt.

Tutto molto piacevole, solo il salotto dovrebbe essere alivello del resto, divani in pelle non belli e dovrebbero dar la possibilita' di fare spuntini al bar dell'albergo cosa che e' successo ma per gentilezza della cucina perche' non prevista. Breakfast delizioso, camere silenziose e molto carine Servizio attento, posizione molto comoda, albergo di charme.
