Everything. Staff courtesy, cleanliness, peace, views, comfort. Only a minor point to do with my own likes and dislikes. The music in the bar was somewhat irritating. Others probably like it. I prefer peace and quiet. |

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, location was excellent but this turned out to be a major fault in the hotel the problem with the hotel is it's location , the noise from the sea during the night was unbearable and prevented me from spleeping well, For me this is the main pooint of a good hotel is getting as good nights sleep, unfortunately I did not get his at the palafitte and will not be staying there again . Nor will i be recomennding the hotel to anyone. On a calm summers evening I am sure it is much quieter but with strong winds off the lake the noise of the sea below and around the room was like sleeing in a washing a machine.aver expensive one at that |

le cadre magnifique, le service, le personnel, le restaurant, la ville, bref... tout... un petit rafraichissement des chambres pourrait être prévu.. Et puis le prix est un peu élevé.. mais après tout, c'est un palace ! |

la situation de l'hôtel, spécialement des pavillons lacustres,le fait d'habiter sur l'eau et non seulement au bord de l'eau, l'été l'accès direct au lac par l'échelle de la terrasse: génial! la vue magnifique, non, tout était parfait! un accueil chaleureux, personnel. |
