the chinese staff and owner were great. the owner picked us up himself as we were stuck up without transport. the chinese food at the restaurant was marvellous. frequency of public transport is a huge problem. also there was no room service. |

It was inexpensive for the area and the location lived up to the name. The view was incredible from the restaurant and parking lot. I imagine from the view rooms it would be impressive as well. Th restaurant was very, very expensive the the food was not very impressive. The breakfast was very minimal, and not the usual spread of food seen in guesthouses throughtout Europe. I would recommend not planning to eat there |

The breakfast Telephone and Wi-fi not available in my room, that was really cold!!! No shutters and too transparent curtains, the room became completely clear at the sun rising!! Chinese restaurant, not declared in the hotel description! Far from the main way (on a hill). |

the staff was friendly, we asked for a third bed in the room, but they gave us a single room instead, no charge, except the breakfast for the third person. the bathroom wasn't very clean |

Views. Friendly staff. The oriental food on the dinner menu was excellent in quality, quantity and presentation. Towels could be improved. A little difficult to find. |

La vista desde la habitación al lago y la montaña, es impresionante. El personal amable. El hotel no está reformado pero está bien conservado y limpio. Totalmente recomendable. |

La situation offrant une vue magnifique sur le lac de Thun et les montagnes. Le repas de cuisine chinoise. L'amabilité de proposer de me renvoyer un vêtement oublié. |

1- La vue. 2- le calme, habituellement,....mais pas cette nuit, car il y avait une fête au village jusqu'à 3h30 du matin et les fenêtres ne sont absolument pas isolées phoniquement. La moindre des choses serait prévenir de cet événement et qu'il sera impossible de dormir et de se reposer. On a profité un moment de mon absence de la chambre pour enlever la couette du lit jumeau que je n'utilisais pas. Je m'en suis plaint en demandant s'ils allaient également enlever le matelas pour ne laisser que le sommier, sous pretexte que j'étais seul. |

Das Panorama! Die Preise, die nicht stimmten. Keine Mitarbeiter könnte korrekt deutsch sprechen (nur eine Person könnte etwas mehr deutsch und englisch, die andere falls nichts, und der Chef war nicht da: ich habe mit ihm am Telefon alles erklären müssen, da sonst keiner was verstehen könnte - inklusiv mein Booking.com Bescheinigung!!! - Diese Leute haben 3/4 Stunde gebraucht, eine Rechnung zu machen ! |
