All is fantastic!

The room was superb! Extremely clean and well-designed. The staff is very friendly, the young lady went on-line and printed my boarding pass for me. It is very well located right on a trolley line.

1. There was no response to my booking email wherein I had requested confirmation on the possibility of a pick up from Zurich railway station.

Sparse rooms. Could do with better coffee/tea facilities in the room.

The location of the hotel was great, a short walk to the main shopping street. The fact that the hotel had free parking was also a bonus, although they only have a few parking spaces. Breakfast was lovely. Would recommend this hotel for a short city break. We were only there for one night so it was perfect.

When we checked in and went to our rooms, our rooms had not been cleaned. I went down to reception and the girl didn't even apologise, she just said we will check the rooms, it was like she didn't believe us. I guess when something like this happens when you first check in, it just gives a bad impression. The rest of the stay was good, apart from that.

Quite near the Zürich Central Station and facilities.

The Rex Swiss hotel is a standard hotel. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Close to the city central.

It was convenient and very reasonably priced.

It was in a nice location - quiet but not far from the main train station and other facilities. The hotel was not modern but was nice and clean.

I think the single rooms were too small and the hotel itself was too small, especially the reception area, which could easily get overcrowded if a large group of people arrived in one go.

The atmosphere was great, the room was stylish and very comfortable. Perfect place for a young couple that want to enjoy Zurich together!
