Rex Swiss Quality Hotel

部屋は綺麗だった。

場所が山の上にあるので荷物が重いと大変だと思います。路面電車の使用が必須です。

１．アーリーチェックインに対応できず、6時間無駄に過ごした。　２．レセプションの態度が良くなかった　3．朝食場所が狭かった

中央駅からは少し離れていたが、電車やトラムがすぐ近くに停まるので、それを使えば便利。部屋もきれいで、- とてもよかった。

フレンドリーで親切なスタッフ。旧市街の落着いた雰囲気が良い。朝食は評判通りで良い。無線LANが無料で- 登録も不要で使えるのが良かった。

エアコンが無いので、窓を開けると道路の騒音がひどく、虫も入ってくる。部屋の風通しが悪く、夏の暑い日だ- ったので辛かった。駅から遠くはないが、登り坂で荷物を持って歩くのは辛いと思う。駐車場は敷地内は数台分- しかなく、満車だったため敷地外で有料になった。

少し駅から歩くには遠い。清潔なホテル。深夜のチェックインにはインターホンでの対応が面白かった。

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Distance to the central station and city center very good. Generous breakfast buffet.

No it was great!

Great location, good room with bath, double hung double glazed windows just fantastic and totally blocked out street noise. Car parking at rear. Close to city. Lovely breakfast. Loved Zurich and city explore.

I liked the 30s style of the hotel andthe service. The breakfast was excellent and it was very handy for the tram network.

I did not like the fact that there was no coffee/tea in the rooms, but as soon as imentioned this, they were provided.

Convenient location 3 stops from train station along a tram line with frequent trams. Nice view of the city from our window. Quiet location.

Real 10-15 minutes walk from the "Central" promenade and train station. Breakfast also was quite various and well attended. Personal was kind and helpful!

Parking places (only exterior, arround 9), could not be reserved in advance and whomever gets it 1st also keeps it! Also the tram crosses in the street in front, so it might get a little noisy at night

Tiny bathroom. Room sizes varied in five-sided building; our friends had much bigger room but were alongside noisy tram-line. Located up steep hill from station and hard to find shortest route through irregular street pattern. (False) fire alarm sounded on ground floor during night but audible only up to first floor where our friends were (and we were on third). Staff unable to satisfactorily answer queries re this next morning.

Hotel staff were excellent. Room was very clean, light & spacious. Breakfast arrangement & food were excellent. Needed to open windows to give adequate air supply then noise from trams & vehicles was high from around 5:45am. Based on the above I would not hesitate to stay there again.

During our second night there was & fire alarm at about 1am. My wife & I were the only people who evacuated the building & there was extreme confusion about what was happening, even when the fire brigade arrived about 10mins after the alarm sounded. People above the first floor did not hear the alarm at all. It seems it only sounds on the ground floor? The fire brigade personnel eventually stopped the alarm, but for english speaking people like us they did not clearly expalin the cause. Next morning I was told by a staff member the cause was guest smoking in their room. My biggest concern was that if there had been a substantial fire those on the 2nd & 3rd floors would have been trapped. Also because their are no after hours staff on the premises their was much confusion about what was happening. Better alarms to every floors needs to be installed, urgently & and there is an ugrent need for after hours on site staff to be present to control the emergency process. With this in mind I would definitly not stay here again until I was sure they were better able to manage such an emergency. A fire may never happen, but if it happened tomorrow Iam certain many people's lives would be lost

Spacious room and very clean. Location near to a tram stop so very convenient for the city. Great variety of items in the breakfast buffet.good value for money.
