Noen av personalet var lite imøtekommende (dette gjaldt spesielt en person. Kunne ønske tilgang til kaffe om morgenen før frokost. |

The staff were really friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfest selection was also quite good with a variety of options. They charged the price of the room to my credit card several days before I even arrived in Zurich. |

Helpful staff, room very comfortable and didn't hear noise from adjoining rooms, free wi-fi, good bed, shower and bathroom very clean and everything worked, excellent breakfast in a pleasant dining room. The walk from the station is uphill when carrying bags but worth the effort regards comfort and value of hotel. Tram stops are nearby when you get to know the network. |

The location of this hotel was very good for the business that I conducted in Zurich. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning. Friendly staff... mattress was very uncomfortable. Much like sleeping on a futon. |

The room was modern & comfortable with two large windows. Breakfast was also very enjoyable. The hotel was all uphill from the station which was difficult dragging our bags but the advantage was that it was all downhill when we left. |

Laocation was close to city and trains stops outside doorstep. quite location close to swimming was good. No air conditioning. No evening meals available or room service. |

Breakfast was great. Everything was clean andall facilities worked. Located in a very nice area. It lived up to the promised expectations . As the place is not airconditioned ( and does not need it) a simple fan in the bedroom would help. A kettle nto make a cuppa tea would be great. |

The hotel was slightly further and not within walking distance from main Zurich station which I initially booked with the intention that it's near. Room was quite small and breakfast was ok. |

Helpful staff at reception, nice room with a big window and a comfortable bed, general cleanliness Bathroom size below minimum standards, and breakfast could be improved. Far and up a steep hill from the city center. Quite expensive for what it is (though probably not for Switzerland) |

comfortable room, fairly quiet, good location - not that far (~20 minutes easy walking or 6 minutes by tram with a stop right next to the hotel) from the center, relatively inexpensive. no air conditioning in room, upon request I got a fan that was a great help. If the weather is hot this could be a problem. |

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great view from my roof room. Balcony to smoke on - very important! Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Low key but stylish furnishings in the room. The balcony plants were dying of lack of water! The decor to the entrance, stair and the little elevator need renewal - loose the red carpet! |

Nice and modern room which was great for a short city stay. Close to tram stop. It was a bit further from the main train station than expected - not really within walking distance. However the tram will get you very close to the hotel. |

easy access to city centre once you had got your bearings need to use the tram to get to the hotel or a taxi if you have luggage as its a little uphill from the train station |

Everything! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room a good size, a great shower, excellent breakfast--real value for the price. As others wrote, it's a bit far from the station or the center. However, I found an easy shortcut making it really only 10 minutes to the station--going downhill. There is a tram just outside, however (which was unfortunately audible in the room with the window open) |
