Персонал отеля, комфорт, расположение отеля После полной оплаты наличными деньгами, автоматически не снимается бронь с кредитной карты. Вообще не удобно, что сумма бронируется на кредитной карте за неделю до заезда, так как у нас была бронь на компанию из 4-х человек из разных стран, которые планировали расплачиваться наличными деньгами, а деньги заблокированы на карточке очень длительный период (хотя можно было аннулировать бронь за 24 часа). Ксатати большая просьба разблокировать уже уплаченную сумму 24 октября 2009 года |

Вполне приличный завтрак, дружелюбный персонал. Следует установить кондиционеры, так как спать с открытым окном невозможно - очень шумная улица, причем со всех сторон - номеров с окнами во двор просто не существует. Совершенно ужасно - вход в номер через санузел, он там просто вместо прихожей. Кроме жидкого мыла не было ничего. Отель расположен вдали от центра - хотя идти от отеля до центра минут 15, по цюрихским меркам это почти окраина. |

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Distance to the central station and city center very good. Generous breakfast buffet. No it was great! |

Great location, good room with bath, double hung double glazed windows just fantastic and totally blocked out street noise. Car parking at rear. Close to city. Lovely breakfast. Loved Zurich and city explore. |

It was not too far from the Centre of Zurich, with easy access with Tram into the centre. Good breakfast buffet. Noicy roads (and the tram) and not so good phonic insulation. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests (packed) |

I liked the 30s style of the hotel andthe service. The breakfast was excellent and it was very handy for the tram network. I did not like the fact that there was no coffee/tea in the rooms, but as soon as imentioned this, they were provided. |

Convenient location 3 stops from train station along a tram line with frequent trams. Nice view of the city from our window. Quiet location. |

Hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast room was very well presented and breakfast buffet was very good quality, food was plentiful and a good selection. Location was good, a little away from city centre, but tram stop close to hotel. Room size was adequate and room was functional, view was good. Overall hotel exceeded expectations. Weather was warm during stay, with window open at night it was a little noisy due to trams. If it was warm I would ask for room on other side of hotel. |

Real 10-15 minutes walk from the "Central" promenade and train station. Breakfast also was quite various and well attended. Personal was kind and helpful! Parking places (only exterior, arround 9), could not be reserved in advance and whomever gets it 1st also keeps it! Also the tram crosses in the street in front, so it might get a little noisy at night |

High quality of included standard breakfast. Tiny bathroom. Room sizes varied in five-sided building; our friends had much bigger room but were alongside noisy tram-line. Located up steep hill from station and hard to find shortest route through irregular street pattern. (False) fire alarm sounded on ground floor during night but audible only up to first floor where our friends were (and we were on third). Staff unable to satisfactorily answer queries re this next morning. |

Hotel staff were excellent. Room was very clean, light & spacious. Breakfast arrangement & food were excellent. Needed to open windows to give adequate air supply then noise from trams & vehicles was high from around 5:45am. Based on the above I would not hesitate to stay there again. During our second night there was & fire alarm at about 1am. My wife & I were the only people who evacuated the building & there was extreme confusion about what was happening, even when the fire brigade arrived about 10mins after the alarm sounded. People above the first floor did not hear the alarm at all. It seems it only sounds on the ground floor? The fire brigade personnel eventually stopped the alarm, but for english speaking people like us they did not clearly expalin the cause. Next morning I was told by a staff member the cause was guest smoking in their room. My biggest concern was that if there had been a substantial fire those on the 2nd & 3rd floors would have been trapped. Also because their are no after hours staff on the premises their was much confusion about what was happening. Better alarms to every floors needs to be installed, urgently & and there is an ugrent need for after hours on site staff to be present to control the emergency process. With this in mind I would definitly not stay here again until I was sure they were better able to manage such an emergency. A fire may never happen, but if it happened tomorrow Iam certain many people's lives would be lost |

Wifi gratuit, petit déjeuner copieux et bon. L'hôtel affiche des places de parking, mais elle n'en propose en fait que 3 pour tout l'hôtel... Autant dire qu'il n'y en a pas. |

The staff was really accommodating and professional. The hotel's location was of easy access to the town center. The breakfast provided was also pretty descent. The sound proofing of the hotel could be better. There was too much noise outside that kept me from sleeping well. |
