Convenient location right next to the railway station; helpful reception staff; free minibar for non-alcoholic beverages; excellent breakfast. There is quite a bit of noise from a major tramway station right in front of the hotel. |

Very good location. Breakfast included in the room rate. Free tickets to local public transportation. Room was a little noisy due the tram station just under windows of street side. |

It was perfect. Nice and big room, excellent breakfast, helpful staff.Free tickets for public transport, free internet and refresments.Highly recomended. This hotel is in my top ten. |

Good professional service, good breakfast, next to the railway station and taxi/public transportation in front of the hotel. Next time we would like to have two separate beds for more space, which showed on the reservation form (queen size beds) however did not get. We stayed only two nights so we let it go. |

It is practical when travelling by train to Basel, because it is next to the Railway Station. And just outside there are several trams in different directions No nothing, They are renovating just now, we stayed during a weekend so were not disturbed |

Almost next to main Railway Station and Tram stops. Complimentary soft drinks on each floor and friendly desk staff also free basel card offering free travel on all transport within city. Some people would find a little noisey due to major tram stop adjacent to hotel |

Very convenient location - just 1 min from the central station. Breakfast was nice - especially cheese selection. Phone number to the reception was not indicated in the room. The number is 555 but it was shown as "emergency" number. Heater in the room was not very sufficient - may be just in terms of lead-time. But they gave me additional heater at my request. Their responce was sufficiently quick. |

Hotel is conveniently located close to Basel SBB train station and Hertz car rental. Hotel does not have it's own parking. The SBB station parking is not far but you have to walk outside to access. |

right in middle of the center next to rail station we were lucky to have parking place in front of hotel, otherwise car parking, is not so near, when walking in heavy rain |
