The room was very comfortable. It met all my needs. I enjoyed the stay in this hotel. End the hotel is located easy to reach city centre and not far from airport. I did not like the Trams sound in the morning. |

I have stayed here before and as then I found the hotel good, friendly and well run. The location could hardly be better. I feel that considering the amount of international business travelers in Basel, that the TV selection should be better. Other hotels of this type in Basel have a good selection of English language TV but this hotel only had CNN, BBC world and VoA. Internet should also be available without having to sign contracts with other companies. |

Very convenient location, no need for a car as the hotel provides you with free bus tickets fo the length of your stay and the public transportation is very efficient and reliable Excellent breakfast! driving to the hotel was quite a challenge, until we realised they had parking space in the Centralbahn Parking |

Good place to transfer to airport and other places since the hotel is beside train station. Also, room was very clean and comfotable. Internet access was free in the business corner. Good hotel consediring its tree stars. noise of the trail for some rooms was not comfortable. |

The room was very comfortable and large compared to many others I stayed in, esp. in Europe. The hotel was central to trams and trains and the Mobility pass was very gratefully accepted !! The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Overall a very pleasant stay in a Hotel I would recommend to my friends. |

The hotel is centrally located and directly across from a major tram hub as well as the main train station. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet is always very fresh and enjoyable. No internet access in the rooms, however, there is access in a small business center. |

This was a lovely hotel. Our room was spotless and very modern as it appeared to be recently renovated.The very spacious shower was appreciated. It was great to have air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed four nights and would stay there again. It seemed like more than a 3-star hotel. It would have been nice to have had free "hotspot", which we had in most of the other hotels we stayed in Switzerland. |

How this hotel is only 3 star and not a 4 star, i am surprised! I think it's because they have no resteraunt. A beautiful air conditioned room with a quiet room, despite being opposite tram station(ZOB) and opposite main station being ideally situated. Very recommended |

Very competent hotel; well-located adjacent to Bahnhof and major tram station; but not noisy inside; clean rooms; friendly and helpful staff; excellent breakfast buffet; city easy to get around due to free tram passes. Very difficult to approach by car; room air-conditioning is marginal, but opening windows introduces noise. |

Excellent staff, very helpful all request filled promptly. Great location, convenient to the train station and trams. We could be anywhere in town in 15 minutes. Breakfast was great. Super clean and an outstanding value would recommend to anyone. |
