Excellent breakfast and very friendly and kind staff.

Attention, because it is not what you see in the fotos. If you make your reservation from booking.com, they send you to a small not comfortable room, at groundfloor with the cars parking in front of your window. (though , most of the rooms are much better than that). Definately not worth 190CHF per night. After coming back in the hotel from a busy congress day, having eaten only a sandwich the whole day, you come back to the hotel to discover that all restaurants and room service are closed and you have to sleep without dining.... Is that the sheraton 4stars hospitality?

Very friendly staff - especially at breakfast: they remembered how I liked my coffee in the morning. Very nice Spa area with two saunas, steam room, and jakuzzi. And best of all: you step out of the breakfast room and basically right into the funicular up Parsenn.

We had an excellent stay. Helpful staff, very good breakfast and dinner, rooms were top class, very nice sauna area. My daughter and son stayed on for her 21 st birthday - she said the dinner that evening was the best she ever ate! Location very good for ski lift.

All round comfortable hotel, convenient for town, railway station and country walks.

Access to bedrooms was through dining room.

The true jewel in this hôtel Is the staff and the location ! The hôtel itself Is old, investitions have not be made for years. The hotel restaurants are very good, although the menu did not change ! Not even in the Stübli.

Do you know of another 4 star hôtel which charges USD 25 / CHF per Day ?!? We did not find honest from the hôtel management that they do not inform about the CHF 7.50.- package deal from the Swisscom Shop 200 metersfrom the hôtel.

The staff was good. The rooms are small. The spa was poor

We had dinner in the hotel rest the food was poor and the price was to expensive.

Sehr freundlicher Service, zuvorkommend. Sehr sauber. Gutes Restaurantangebot für unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse. Gratis Minibar sehr geschätzt nach dem Skifahren. Total gut gelegen, direkt neben der Parsennbahn. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer und (ohne spezielle Buchung) Zimmer der Tochter direkt neben unserem Doppelzimmer.

Die Zimmer waren völlig überheizt und man musste den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht die Fenster offen halten (Energieverschwendung!). Die Bade- und Frottee-Tücher wurden Z.T. sogar zweimal am Tag gewechselt, obwohl man sie nicht in die Badewanne legte (Öko-Hinweis wurde überhaupt nicht beachtet).
