Very helpful and friendly staff, bathrobe, having a bath in the bathroom, having a kettle with tea / coffee making facilities I had a quiet room but it was still very noisy - wooden floors meant a lot of noise transferred from the room above, the walls were very thin - I could hear the people in the room next door watching a french tv channel, and though I wasn't next to the lift I could easily hear each time it went up or down. |

the size ofthe room. The style of the room. The breakfast room. The front desk staff were not very knowledgeable or helpful. Our 1st floor room was quite noisy. |

Breakfast was convenient and good value for the money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room I was in overlooked the trams and it was very noisy. Even at night the tram was running at regular intervals. It did not help that the temperature was moderately warn and had to leave the windows open for ventilation. This hotel has no air conditioning in any of the rooms. |

Big room, coffee and tee making facilities. Nice breakfest room. Very helpful staff. Good public transport connections to railway station and various sites. |

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was very large. The buffet style breakfast was included and delicious. |

The room was a good size. 1. The trams were very noisy and started early in the morning. 2.Car Parking is not good. I had to use a Public Car park several hundred metres away |

For a 3star hotel very luxurious. Great breakfast buffet. Very nice people who help you a lot. Good connection with the old city and business centre. |

Close to the old town (meters away from the Spalentor). Front desk personell was always serviceable with my questions and requests. Windows noise isolation wasn't good enough (external noise from trams and cars somewhat annoying at night). Room service didn't replace bathroom items (two sets of towels, soap) every day as it should have been. If I didn't leave the room by the time they tried to clean it, they never came back later on. |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, het ontbijt en de grootte van de kamer. Ook de ligging t.o.v. het centrum was goed. Het double bed was te klein en er was 's morgensvroeg geluidsoverlast van het verkeer. |

La gentilezza e la disponibilità della reception e del personale di servizio, il wireless e il mobility ticket. Nel complesso lo ritengo un buon Hotel. La pulizia,ma più che la pulizia, l'accuratezza nella sistemazione giornaliera della camera avrebbe dovuto essere migliore. |

Ontbijt Parkeren en ligging.Ligt precies op een druk kruispunt tussen 2 straten met een trambaan. Raam open 's'nacht....vergeet het maar.Verder is er geen erco.....dus raam open is nodig in de zomer !Er zijn 3/4 parkeerplaatsen , dus vol zeer snel.....en dan.naar de Parkeergarage verderop. |

In modo particolare la posizione, centrale rispetto agli itinerari " turistici" ( se così si può dire per basilea ) e gli ottimi collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici. Le camere ( noi eravamo un gruppetto che aveva prenotato 4 camere ) non venivano pulite regolarmente e il caldo eccessivo, veramente insopportabile delle stanze, senza condizionamento. |

schoon, vriendelijk en alles goed verzorgd. "niet tevreden"is een groot woord; geluidsoverlast, ik zat aan de straatkant waardoor letterlijk de tram door de slaapkamer reed qua herrie. |
