Nära centrum, nära flygplats, bra frukost Vissa saker tar slut en timme innan frukostmatsalen stänger. Spårvagnarna bullrar mycket. |

close to airport and tram station if you stay on the 4th floor it is very hard to get some sleep after 7am as people who have breakfast one floor above you are moving chairs back and forth |

Good size room and clean. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly, English- speaking reception staff. Easy connections on no.3 Tram or no.30 Bus direct to sbb station. A little noisy if room is on the main street, particularly during the week as it appears the Swiss start work early. However, outside shutters blocked most of the noise. |

Very helpful and friendly staff, bathrobe, having a bath in the bathroom, having a kettle with tea / coffee making facilities I had a quiet room but it was still very noisy - wooden floors meant a lot of noise transferred from the room above, the walls were very thin - I could hear the people in the room next door watching a french tv channel, and though I wasn't next to the lift I could easily hear each time it went up or down. |

the size ofthe room. The style of the room. The breakfast room. The front desk staff were not very knowledgeable or helpful. Our 1st floor room was quite noisy. |

Breakfast was convenient and good value for the money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room I was in overlooked the trams and it was very noisy. Even at night the tram was running at regular intervals. It did not help that the temperature was moderately warn and had to leave the windows open for ventilation. This hotel has no air conditioning in any of the rooms. |

Big room, coffee and tee making facilities. Nice breakfest room. Very helpful staff. Good public transport connections to railway station and various sites. |

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was very large. The buffet style breakfast was included and delicious. |

The room was a good size. 1. The trams were very noisy and started early in the morning. 2.Car Parking is not good. I had to use a Public Car park several hundred metres away |

For a 3star hotel very luxurious. Great breakfast buffet. Very nice people who help you a lot. Good connection with the old city and business centre. |

Close to the old town (meters away from the Spalentor). Front desk personell was always serviceable with my questions and requests. Windows noise isolation wasn't good enough (external noise from trams and cars somewhat annoying at night). Room service didn't replace bathroom items (two sets of towels, soap) every day as it should have been. If I didn't leave the room by the time they tried to clean it, they never came back later on. |

La posizione è perfetta, grande cordialità nel servizio e l'idea della tessera per l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici è davvero utile ed intelligente. Sarebbe utile maggiore spazio per il parcheggio o una convenzione con il vicino parking dell'università |

シュパーレント門の斜め前のロケーションで市役所や真ん中橋まで歩いても１０分以内の好立地。 フロントの対応もテキパキとフレンドリーで良かった。 バスローブやスリッパもあり部屋のアメニティーにも満足。 Twinの予約が Double Bedになっており、また後で補充して貰えたが、タオル等が一人分しかなかった。 |

Hôtel pratique et bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant et les chambres sont assez spacieuses et confortables. Je trouve qu'il a la bonne taille pour que l'interaction avec le personnel soit "humaine" et pas automatisée comme dans certains hôtel,américains en particulier. Le seul bémol, et encore c'était peut-être du a une affluence extraordinaire,c'est la salle du petit déjeuner qui est trop petite et cause des attentes. |

Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und schmeckte hervorragend. Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber gereinigt worden. Haare im Lavabo, und Wattestäbli am Boden neben dem Kehricht empfingen uns.Das Personal war total überfordert beim Frühstück, da viele zur gleichen Zeit frühstücken wollten. Es gab auch nicht für jeden Gast eine Sitzgelegenheit. |

Große geräumige Zimmer. Keine Parkplätze. Das angebotene Parkhaus (Cityparkhaus) ist bei Anreise mit zwei Gepäckstücke (pro Person) zu weit entfernt. Laute Fahrgeräusche von Straßenverkehr und Straßenbahn. |
