The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel didn't air conditioning, so we had to open the balcony door to let the cooler air in. The room is not soundproof, we can hear people talking outside the room. |

Helpful staff, clean + tidy rooms The shower was simply hanging on the wall in the bathroom, rather than occupying its own space. This meant that the bathroom floor would remain wet for a long time. A relatively minor inconvenience, but still, I was surprised to find this in a hotel which was perfectly nice in most respects. |

Extremely efficient and helpful staff at the reception. Very clean room recently decorated. Good transport links to the airport and Zurich main railway station. Good sound insulation between rooms. Sound insulation to the outside was reasonable in a previous stay in a fourth floor single city room. |

The staff of hotel is very good.The best thing is that we reached there at 1:30 AM midnight even in that time the hotel staffs helped us for everything with very good manner.The room which we booked was very good and all necessary things were available. |

Easy to get to from airport, tram only 6.20fr. Walking distance to Hallestadium. Very clean. Big room. Floors creak. |

Nice and quiet, breakfast good, good location The single room had a "wet room" shower/bathroom with limited space. I did not like this arrangement. |

The hotel has a good location, near the Hallenstadion, great connections to the city and airport. Very helpful staff. The breakfast should be better for that price, vegatables and salads should be on offer. |

The location was good. The room was comfortable. Nice neighborhood.Many cafes, grocery store, even a Starbucks. Close to train station which takes you to the airport. Clean, quiet, no nonsense accomodations. |

location from railway, restaurants and hotels - excellent rooms were very hot - apparently no air conditioning, or did not work. Fan helped. The heat wave intensified the situation. Otherwise, great |
