Во время пребывания в отеле мне понравилось соотношение всех критериев оценки - персонал не был на виду при выполнении своих функций, но в то же время в нужную минуту они приходили на помощь. для обеспечения моей свободы перемещения. |

The staff was very friendly. Good location and excellent transport links. Room was very hot, without air conditioning. We had to keep the windows open the whole night and bear the traffic noise. Bathroom was small. |

The hotel was clean and in a good location for easy access to the airport. It is in a suburb of Zurich, Oerlikon, tne minutes from Zurich station. We had a "city room" i.e. one that faced the street. the room was so incredibly hot that it was really impossible to sleep. No air con, just a fan. the window opened to the street, so we couldn't keep it open because of traffic noise. If you want a comfortable, quiet room, this is not the place. In winter it would be fine because you would not have to open the window. |

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel didn't air conditioning, so we had to open the balcony door to let the cooler air in. The room is not soundproof, we can hear people talking outside the room. |

Helpful staff, clean + tidy rooms The shower was simply hanging on the wall in the bathroom, rather than occupying its own space. This meant that the bathroom floor would remain wet for a long time. A relatively minor inconvenience, but still, I was surprised to find this in a hotel which was perfectly nice in most respects. |

Extremely efficient and helpful staff at the reception. Very clean room recently decorated. Good transport links to the airport and Zurich main railway station. Good sound insulation between rooms. Sound insulation to the outside was reasonable in a previous stay in a fourth floor single city room. |

The staff of hotel is very good.The best thing is that we reached there at 1:30 AM midnight even in that time the hotel staffs helped us for everything with very good manner.The room which we booked was very good and all necessary things were available. |

Easy to get to from airport, tram only 6.20fr. Walking distance to Hallestadium. Very clean. Big room. Floors creak. |

(1) Near to address where I had to work. (2) Central in town. (1) As all the hotels that you offer, it is absolutely for the full 100% unclear what Internet quality can be expected. Often it is too poor to work. This determines my qualification "poor" for "value for money". (2) The shower was very poor. |

Nice and quiet, breakfast good, good location The single room had a "wet room" shower/bathroom with limited space. I did not like this arrangement. |

Prettig en behulpzaam personeel, duits en enegelstalig. Rustige lokatie te midden van restaurantjes, barretjes, en winkels. Perfecte verbinding met vliegveld (trein) en universiteit en Zurich stad (tram). Lawaaiig aan achterzijde van het hotel in diverse nachten, en voortdurend klokkengelui. Krappe badkamer met wc onder de douche. |

Zimmer sauber und großräumig. Sehr gute Lage zur Messe/Hallenstadion. Sehr empfehlenswertes Frühstücksbüffet. Unfreundliche Begrüßung. Mitarbeiter teilweise unverschämt. |

Les lits étaient confortables, l'hôtel proche des trams, la chambre spacieuse. J'ai trouvé le personnel de la réception peu accueillant et peu serviable. De plus, le fait de devoir payer 14 francs pour le wifi alors que les chambres sont déjà chères et le petit-déjeuner non compris me semble complétement excessif pour un hôtel de ce type situé en banlieue. |
