Very friendly and helpful staff, who also sent me an email before I arrived to let me know what to do if I arrived late. |

The location was quite convenient, close to the train station and not far from the Old Town. They also gave us a free transport card, which was convenient. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in, it looked really cheap, very old furniture, old disgusting carpets, room had weird crooked walls and was only 1,5 metre wide at the window end. The towels and sheets smellt as if they didn't use any washing powder whatsoever when washing them. The bathroom is communal, cleanliness depends on other people staying there, but we were right opposite the bathroom and it was really loud, we woke up to other people banging the door early in the morning... The room is really small, so be ready if there is two of you that there is no space to put luggage . Breakfast was only until 9am, whilst check-out time is untill 11, which I find really illogical and we chose to sleep rather than going for breakfast |

The hotel locates in the center of the city and easy to reach any view sites. The price is a bit higher in review of the small room. |

Price, localization, quite good breakfest. Rooms are to small, especially for 2 people. I was informed about bathroom localization in the corridor, but it's not comfortable. |

Rooms are small and too expensive. But it may be the cheapest you can get in Genève. |

The properness of the staff and a good breakfast feels; they clearly try to take the best of the poor conditions of the hotel, and at the end their effort is a good and important added value... Poor security, very small rooms, very poor structure and conditions. No AC, micro windows and carpets on the rooms are a huge disadvantage. |

Friendly and helpfull staff in clean rooms. Room might be small, but for us it was just right. Location was a definite plus for this accomodation! The accident by some other guest in the restroom, wasn't cleaned up untill the late in the next morning... |

The staff was exceedingly helpful. The gift of a complimentary transportation pass was a real boon - especially liked the free train ride to the airport. Price was very reasonable. We are exceedingly grateful to the fellow at the desk who checked us in for his friendly demeanor and helpful suggestions. Quality of Complimentary breakfast, lack of air conditioning on a pretty warm night were sore points. After some superb beds in other hotes, this one was mediocre. (But then this is a one star hotel with a one star price) |

Hotel stuff was really nice as well as breakfast. :) On wednesday night, there was an event of Grindelwald village right front of the hotel till 23:30. There was a lot of noise outside of the hotel. Could not sleep well. :( |

The staff had excellent attitude and were very helpful. Also, I liked the fact that the hotel was near every thing. sharing the bathroom but I knew about it. |

The people at Hotel St. Gervais were so nice and helpfull! And the breakfast was a great bonus. The only thing that was a little irritating was the bathroom and shower were not located in the actual room. |

The hotel is in a great location and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I couldn't find a hotel for a better price in such good location. The rooms are not big, but they are very comfortable and clean. If you are not looking for luxury, but just a nice and clean place in an excellent location for a good price, I definatelly recommend this one. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Although the room was small and basic, it was reasonably priced for Geneva, and has a good central location, which is very difficult to find! Free map and transport pass. The decor is a bit dated, rooms quite small, but for a budget hotel, this was perfectly fine. Shower room is tiny, just a shower. |

The staff at the hotel were without exception friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfasts were good. Also, the hotel is yards away from the bus stop which took me straight to Palexpo and the airport; the travel card was included in the room fee. I am not used to sharing a bathroom, although this is not a major drawback. I will return next year. |
