The people at Hotel St. Gervais were so nice and helpfull! And the breakfast was a great bonus. The only thing that was a little irritating was the bathroom and shower were not located in the actual room. |

The hotel is in a great location and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I couldn't find a hotel for a better price in such good location. The rooms are not big, but they are very comfortable and clean. If you are not looking for luxury, but just a nice and clean place in an excellent location for a good price, I definatelly recommend this one. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Although the room was small and basic, it was reasonably priced for Geneva, and has a good central location, which is very difficult to find! Free map and transport pass. The decor is a bit dated, rooms quite small, but for a budget hotel, this was perfectly fine. Shower room is tiny, just a shower. |

Good price, close to train station (walking distance), nice staff gave map, free pass for public transportation and information. Hotel room very small, bed was cramped for two people. |

The staff at the hotel were without exception friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfasts were good. Also, the hotel is yards away from the bus stop which took me straight to Palexpo and the airport; the travel card was included in the room fee. I am not used to sharing a bathroom, although this is not a major drawback. I will return next year. |

It as an excellent location in the vicinity of the central railway station, the Old Town and the lake. Too expensive wireless internet access where there are other access point accessible free of charge. No adaptors for the Swiss electricity outlets to borrow. |

The breakfast was great, very European. The free transportation makes it great for tourist. Convenient to the train station. |

Staff freindly and informative, location, breakfast, close to tram stop and central train station (1 stop from airport), clean Shower room was extremely small, breakfast between 6:30-9am, expensive, even though it says that wireless internet was available, receptionist told me the contrary, door was old, room was dark |

location near railway station and food outlets. room too small , double bed is too small. neighbour movement easily heard. they bang on my wall both nites we stayed there. door key and lock old and bulky., it's so difficult to open and causes alot of noise to open it. not worth the 80 euro we paid. |

Nobody else on the floor that i was staying on - so I had the bathroom to myself. Good selection of places to eat nearby. The girl who dealt with my arrival was friendly and informative. Difficult to find. The taxis said it was too close to the station for it to be worth their while to take me. The room is poky small and dark. The hotel desperatly needs re-decorating |

The hotel reception on the night of my stay was fantastic - very helpful and was able to answer all my questions as well as provide me additional travel tips. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is just so close to the station, yet there is no street noise at night. I thought it was expensive - but apparently that's usual for Geneva |

Good location: in the center of Geneve and not far from aeroport, very good staff, it's possible to park a car by the hotel free of charge for a night Lift didn't work, breakfast is too small. |
