酒店服务非常好，位置也不错。价位在日内瓦算便宜的了。

床有点小，两个男生住会很挤。

酒店虽然有些陈旧，但是让人觉得很温馨

暖气很足，网速很快，房间很干净。早餐很棒，旁边有商场超市，购物方便。

请问 酒店是否双重收费，我预定时已经从信用卡扣钱，入住时前台有收取酒店房费。请核实

7月5日晚上入住酒店，前台服务生非常敬业，一一交代所有事项，笑容灿烂。我们想去百达翡丽博物馆，向他询- 问地址，很热心的帮我们查找，并将地址打印出来。手机落在酒店，也很热心的收好，并交还给我们。总体而言，- 服务生非常棒！距离主火车站很近，5分钟路程。

房间、早餐比较简陋。网上显示为公共浴室，实际是公共浴室和公共洗手间，有些失望。

I'm Canadian but have been living in Switzerland for the past 9 years so I'm familiar with Swiss quality of life and the cost of living and I assure you at 115chf per night, you won't find any other hotel in Switzerland that is so central (right downtown Geneva, 5 minute walk to train station) and so clean. If you need a clean comfortable bed just to get a good night sleep at a great price, this is the perfect hotel. Rooms are very small, just enough room for a bed and a few suit cases, but it serves it's purpose. If I need a place to sleep in central Geneva again, I won't hesitate to book St. Gervais Hotel.

Location and the breakfast was nice. The room was ok and the facilities average.

The lift was broken. The room was a bit small for the price.

Malfunction of electricity plugs (as a result, alarmclock did not work properly). Bed is very small for two persons. All in all, hotel is in need of renovation.

Old style lobby and stairs with a great lift! Staff was very nice, with really clean facilities.

The sound quality in the hotel was very poor. You could hear people in the room next door very well.Some of the other people staying in the hotel were very loud when they came home. Hotel should warn people to respect their environment (be quiet when coming home late). Don't expect a peace full sleep.

The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very nice.

Rooms a little bit small for the price and the room floor was a little bit dirty (dust).
